The entire setup process with Intelligence Bank has been seamless. We were provided with expert and dedicated customer service by Intelligence Bank employees who were always trying to understand our needs to set up the DAM in the best way possible. In terms of the software, the tagging and filtering opportunities are a game-changer for me. On the whole, I can see no downsides to using Intelligence Bank software. However, depending on what kind of storage solution you currently are using, you may need to be ready to make some adjustments to your processes. For example, Intelligence Bank has no 'drag and drop' ability similar to Dropbox or Sharepoint - i.e., everything has to be tagged with filters and further information (the amount that this is necessary, however, is customisable).
