The only thing I could see that may improve in the future is the PDF viewer. Sometimes I cannot see the preview easily so I end up downloading the document to view it that way and make sure I have the correct one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I started using intellegence bank over 5 yrs ago and I think the experience has been great. I haven't had any issues using it and it was easy to onboard other designers/requesters. Their customer support is always on point and they are very responsive. I use it everyday for over 10 hours. I love how we can customize the features throughout the experience. The filters to the right - "does not contain" AND/OR have been super helpful in filtering results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel like the Name filter with AND and OR doesn't return actual results all the time. Or maybe they're case-sensitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
