I like being able to add filters to my team's assets that we can use for sorting our stored assets. I also like being able to use different levels of access for our team members. I dislike the clunkiness look of it and slowness of it, but I suspect some of that is because of our humongous archives. I also have trouble with the amount of options on the dropdown menu for each asset, and find myself frustrated with navigating it. The interface is so easy to use. I love how I always know that the asset in the DAM is the final asset. I also love that you can use metadata to search and view a large number of assets for a kind of audit view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

k is able to offer our brand - we use it to manage our digital assets, our brand hub as well as a way for our organization to submit request to our marketing team. But beyond the application itself is the support and customer service we are provided, there isn't a problem or idea that intelligence bank team is willing to tackle, our account manager Suzie is absolutely the best customer advocate. We are still at the beginning stages of working with Intelligence Bank, so I haven't had much time to really get to know how it works on a day-to-day basis. I would improve the sort capabilities. I would like to be able to sort by size. For example, today I need very large size cosmology images to design some very large posters. I know I can use the filters to filter out the small images. But I would like to sorting capability to include the size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
