Tout Creative is a Graphic Design agency. We use IntelligenceBank Marketing to store and share art work. We also store and share brand guidelines with our clients. It makes our job easier as we can use workflow approvals to keep track of revisions. Everything is easily accessible as its all in one place.
Client & contractors can access files directly without our help. We have noticed a 50% decrease in file requests – this saves us a lot of time! IntelligenceBank’s DAM is nicely designed and super easy for everyone on our team to use – including people who are not native English speakers or design savvy. It’s really easy to navigate, you can log on and jump straight in to using it, you don’t need lengthy instruction workshops. Like all DAMs, managing permissions can get a bit confusing. Intelligence Bank make it seamless enough, and they have great on-boarding and resources to help review your setup. - We love that we can make the design of the software look and feel like it’s ours!

Not really that major, but the bulk uploader (which we use a fair bit – for sometimes up to 50/60 files) shows selected files as thumbnail sized icons in list format. This means a lot of scrolling down to visually confirm files and save. (Perhaps a grid?). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
