IntelligenceBank is an easy-to-use software solution with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. The IntelligenceBank team are friendly, professional, and very responsive to providing support. It is great being able to customise the branding, file structure and access permissions to a granular level and have control and visibility of all aspects of this. Intelligence Bank has provided our franchisees, cross-functional teams and agency partners with easy and reliable access to all of our numerous brand assets! We were able to customize the site to match our brand guidelines, as well as structure the site to our liking. Having numerous employees and franchisees in 40+ countries, establishing a consistent layout and familiar structure is essential. It is also extremely helpful to be able to monitor and supervise who is accessing our assets, as well as how often the site is being accessed. The admin features of this platform are incomparable and something we didn't know would be so helpful. We have recieved compliment after compliment from our agency parters about the ease of uploading, as well as the perfectly organized folder structure. The intelligence bank team has thought of any and every element that could be included to make this platform effective. Additionally, the IT team is always prompt and alert whenever a inquiry is made. Our Customer Success Manager, Suzie, has walked us through every last step and answered all of our questions with ease! Her willingness to help us make our site most effective has made all the difference. As if the Library itself wasn't stand-out enough, the Intelligence Bank team makes it that much better - such a pleasure to partner with them on one of our biggest projects to date! Possibly my greatest dissapointment is that we didn't have this platform sooner! There is somewhat of a delay when accesing certain folders within the library, however, this is expected since we a multitude of large assets on the platform. I would also like to see a more user friendly zoom option when viewing certain photos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are just getting this off the ground and launched as it stands, but I will say- the system is very intuitive and has a lot of options that others could not replicate.
A few of our top favorites:
-you have a set number of "seats" that you can allocate according to your business need, so you can move them to different admin levels/groups as needed. Most other DAMs only allowed for a set number by permission group.
-There is a project management tool that can integrate, which other DAMs didnt offer that we are looking into for year 2+, but that was a nice feature as well.
-They offer a public portals for guests to view assets where we needed public visibility without a sign-on and registered user (Tech specs and product information type of assets).
-There are no limits to the number of groups we can create
-We can EASILY emulate a user's experience to view what they see and QA groups/permission settings for assets they should be seeing or should not. This wasn't available in several DAMs we vetted and the ease of which you can use this feature is great- total time saver!
-All in all the price was fairly comparable to others, but you can choose more alacarte options to make it fit your budget Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
These are a few of our top issues/dislikes at this time:
-First, a collection link is NOT dynamic (i'm being told this will be in the roadmap and rolled out this quarter, though). So, for instance, if you add a new asset to a collection and that person uses the link they already had, it will not populate the newest assets after that. We're hoping this rollout happens soon so those static links show dynamic assets in collections.
-Reporting/analytics is pretty basic- don't expect a ton of bells and whistles or graphs, but you can try to work around and get info you need. Would love to see a user engagement report (ie who is logging in and using the tool, what asset is viewed or shared the most- it only shows downloaded) etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Out of the many features, my favorite is the streamlined feedback system which integrates with the adobe suite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
