I reviewed more than 10 different applications to suit our company's need for a DAM and it came down to IB.
They allow custom pages using bootstrap/css etc which makes it amazingly easy for us to organize content for multiple audiences. It also allows you to set a default view for users, whether it's a directory view or list view or other. The search is wonderful and when Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IntelligenceBank allows us to fully customise the asset filing system and filters in a way that suits our business needs. The searchability is also a standout, having previously used a computer filing system which required manual searching of documents. Lastly the team at IntelligenceBank have been fantastic in their quick and helpful responses to any queries and their interest in hearing feedback and ideas that come through our team.
