I tried out Innago to manage my rental for my most recent renter, and honestly, I don’t know how I ever did this without it. It takes care of everything!  From screening tenants,  to background checks, to creating a lease, and signing it electronically, to rent collection, and even maintenance reporting. The tenant portal is nice and makes me look professional.  They can submit maintenance requests, send messages, and it keeps everything organized in one spot for them (and me!). The onboarding wizard was great, but didn't seem to exactly mimic the flow I had for my first renter and caused me to have to jump around a bit. I called support to understand why it was showing that one section was not complete. I found that there was a radio button I had missed where I needed to select my bank as the place they would send money for rent. Since I'd already entered my banking info, I would have that it would have defaulted to that. Also the radio button was hard to see. Innago is a life saver for managing my property in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as my ADU in Los Angeles, CA. The platform is easy to use, with everything I need like tenant applications, lease agreements, and rent collection portal all in one place. The automated reminders and payment tracking have made managing both properties effortless and efficient.

What I love most is that the app is completely free, making it a cost-effective solution for managing my properties. I’ve never even had to contact customer support because everything works so seamless. Innago has truly simplified being an on the go property manager, saving me time and reducing my stress. I wish the reporting features had more customization to better fit each of my tenant's unique needs. One pays rent every two weeks whereas others pay once a month. To me, it could be user error.... the website can be tricky to navigate when I need to document the prepayment of rent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’ve been using Innago for over a year now, and it has truly transformed the way I manage my properties. The software is incredibly user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes managing tenants, rent payments, and maintenance requests very easy.

It's very convienient and extremely easy to access and expand your real estate portfolio. As a first time user it was a great overall experience! One stop app to setting up a hassle free rental space, to include advertising the rental, setting up leases, collecting rent and more this app does it all, and for free! The organization of the material and the inputs of all information is pretty intuitive and easy to find. The help feature easily answers questions about system use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There’s no function for a landlord to pay on behalf, partial, or all of the applicant renter. Some qualified tenants do not want to pay for the application fee because there’s no guarantee of acceptance. Or there should be a feature that allows the landlord to enter the applicants info without the historical verification of the applicant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is very intuitive, super easy to navigate.

I love the option for creating and sending custom leases and documents.

Some of the filtering takes a little work to get used to, especially when trying to look at current vs. past invoices and payments. But once you understand the logic behind it, it makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that it is a complete Tenant Managment system that includes every thing we need right from the beginning. Maintenance Requests would clearly be our favorite feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like a little more customization in the application section. The fact that we can only make text box questions, limits us to making streamlined applications with radio buttons or drop down menus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User-friendly interface: Innago's design is intuitive, making navigating and utilizing the platform easy.

Comprehensive feature set: Innago offers a wide range of features, from tenant management to financial tracking, customized late fees, messaging, and maintenance tracking.

Mobile accessibility: The platform has a mobile app and the browser is mobile-friendly. Having the app is critical to get notifications right away if there is a maintenance issue.

Strong customer support: The Innago support team is amazing and very quick to respond and get a resolution or an answer to your question.

To be free to landlords is a major plus and it isn't expensive for the tenant to make their payments if they set up payments through their bank account.

I like that I'm able to use Innago with properties that have section 8 tenants as that can normally make things tricky but the way Innago treats those makes it easy to manage and bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Learning curve: While the interface is generally user-friendly, there is still be a learning curve for users who are new to property management software or who are switching from a different platform. It would be helpful if you were able to navigate different sections of the platform without having to back out and go to one of the side bar items.

Reports: It would be nice to be able to get more reports or customize some of the reports.

Creating Documents: This feature could be developed further. It isn't very user-friendly, and it would be nice to create a document from scratch. Filling out all the spaces to complete text, initials, and documents could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Innago is a great platform for small to landlords. It allows a user to manage most aspects of their rental property. I love it's simplicity and advanced features. The price is the #1 selling point at the moment. Their support is quick to respond and resolve issues or keep you informed about the progress of a resolution. I did not like that the the platform lacked a messaging feature. At the moment they are working on one. I would also like to see an improvement on their electronic signature documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Innago is easy to use once you figure out all the options available. It is very easy and great to use their lease templates and personalize it for your property. I'm currently hosting my second tenants using Inango and have had no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
