Setup was very easy. Invited tenants, credit history check is breeze, gives more and easy to understant info. Payment setup is easy, first paymets comes in a 3-4 days but the rest within 1 business day. Tenants can download the app to get maintenance requests, etc. A lot of other functions I am still have not tried. But overall very good product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I had some issues with the posting properties on different real estate platform, but not exactly posting, but removing them, it tool some time for the property to be removed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Custome service is always a call back. A lot of glitches in loading the service, it always works but it takes several reloads and refreshes for changes or edits to save Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
