"Impact.com: Easy setup and a great way to earn extra income from your site"
4.5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

Impact is a nice way to earn extra income for businesses. Once set up, it is great to use. And the best day, is the day you receive your first money from the referrals you send via Impact.com.

Impact helps me to, easily, make extra income from my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

It can be hard to find the correct businesses to promote, probably the main reason is, is that there are so many offers that you can promote.

The website can sometimes be a bit complex and it is not always easy to find what you need quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Data, But Login Friction and Messy Reports Get in the Way"
3/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

The data collection seems fairly real time which is nice. Everything you need to do or want to know is there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

The login process is annoying with the AI verification and since this is an app I am checking multiple times a day, I am spending way too much time always logging in. More often than not, when I do login and try creating a new short url, I get an error that my session was basically not valid and have to do this again. The UI and reports are messy. I wish better notifications were available so I could be emailed what I want to know and avoid the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Kamila D of impact.com

Hi David,

Thanks for taking the time to share all this! I'm really glad the real-time data is hitting the mark for you.

Re-verifying every time you log in and running into session errors sounds like a total headache—especially for an app you're using throughout the day. I’m flagging this with the team right away, along with your feedback on the reports.

Also, spot-on point about the email alerts. Better notifications so you don't constantly have to check the app would be a huge time-saver.

"A comprehensive, user-friendly platform for affiliate marketers."
4.5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I was impressed by the ease of use of the impact.com platform and the organized user interface that allows me to access information, reports, and links smoothly without complexity. Additionally, the process of setting up the account and starting to use the platform was very easy and straightforward, as the registration steps were clear and the dashboard was organized, helping to complete the data and link promotional channels or accounts quickly, which made it easy for me to start immediately without technical complications. The platform provides all the tools any affiliate marketer needs to track and manage their earnings efficiently, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and professional affiliate network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

The difficulty of acceptance in some programs, as some major brands set very strict conditions or take a long time to respond to membership requests, which can be frustrating for beginner marketers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Affiliate Management Platform with Reliable Support"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

Impact.com stands out for its ability to efficiently manage and scale multiple affiliate and partnership campaigns from a single platform. The reporting and tracking are highly accurate and transparent, giving us clear visibility into performance and ROI. We also appreciate the responsive and knowledgeable support team, which has consistently provided quick and effective assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

While the platform is powerful, it can feel a bit complex for new users during the initial on-boarding process. Report customization can sometimes be time-consuming, especially when working with detailed performance data. We have also noticed occasional slowdowns when handling large datasets, and some third-party integrations could be smoother and more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Affiliate Management with a Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I love using impact.com for affiliate marketing and campaign management because it's an all-in-one platform that connects brands with affiliates, influencers, and publishers. It helps me track performance automatically, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and multiple tools. I really appreciate how it simplifies partnership management, from onboarding partners to managing contracts. One of my favorite features is the tracking and reporting because it almost provides real-time insights into clicks, conversions, and revenue. I also like how it brings everything related to partnerships into one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

The only area that can be improved is the learning curve that the platform has a lot of features, and it's great, but it can feel overwhelming for a new user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform with Powerful Reporting and Responsive Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

Its very user-friendly, i like that i can schedule multiple contracts, i really like the wide range of payout options, such as based on specefic order values, customer countries, product SKUs and categories as well as customer type. This allows the brands to act a lot more strategically compared to other networks. I also think the Impact support team are one of the most reactive and knowledgeable in terms of techincal aspects. Also the reporting is amazing such as data labs, it allows me to see exactly what i am looking for and find the specefic data very easily. This helps me be very reactive and find key insights to help performance. I also like the new AI reporting such as share of voice reports which is something i havent expereinced on different networks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

Sometimes, when tracking issues have occured it has taken a little while to resolve due to the technical knowledge that is sometimes required. As an affiliate manager, some of the aspects are beyond my knowledge and are even a struggle for the brand's technical team. Therefore i feel we rely quite heavily on Impacts technical team to even support some of the brand's internal processes to resolve tracking.

The reports such as data labs can often have errors and bugs which can take a little while to resolve, especially if the data is needed for a tight deadline. I often find myself having to open an incognito tab or remove all caches to get reporting to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Affiliate Marketing Platform with a Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I use impact.com primarily for affiliate marketing. It brings more affiliate programs together in a single platform. The dashboard makes it easy to track clicks, conversions, and commission without having to manage separate accounts for each brand. The reporting tools are easy to figure out. As someone relatively new to affiliate marketing, having all this information organized in one place makes managing partnerships much simpler and more efficient. Also, the initial setup was fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

One area that could be improved is the learning curve for new users. When I started using impact.com, some of the features and reports felt overwhelming, and it took time to understand where to find certain information. The interface is powerful but can sometimes feel complex for beginners. I would also like to see more step-by-step guidance and onboarding resources for new affiliate marketers. "Powerful platform for growing affiliate partnerships with top brands"
4.5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

Impact.com makes it really easy to manage multiple brand partnerships from a single dashboard. I work with hosting and software brands like Bluehost, Network Solutions, Kamatera, and Vodien, and being able to create tracking links, monitor clicks, and check commissions all in one place saves a lot of time. The reporting is detailed and the payout process is straightforward once a program approves you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

The onboarding process can feel a bit slow at times, especially waiting for brand approvals or profile verifications like LinkedIn linking. Some publisher dashboard features, like the Publisher Tag setup and media property refresh, aren't very intuitive for someone new to the platform, and better documentation or guided tooltips would help reduce the learning curve. "User-Friendly Interface, But TikTok Integration Needs Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I use impact.com to partner with brands as a creator and upload all of my deliverables for approval. Impact.com makes it easier for me to communicate with brand partners, track progress on campaigns, and find additional earning opportunities. I like the impact.com interface—it's very user-friendly and makes it easy for me to manage multiple brand campaigns at one time. I also like the variety of brand partners that are available to work with on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

I run into technical challenges linking my TikTok deliverables in Impact. I've had to open multiple support tickets to resolve this issue, but still run into repeated challenges with the platform recognizing TikTok links and uploads so they can be approved and tracked internally for marketing metrics by the brand. I still run into ongoing issues with authenticating my social media links on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Hub for Affiliate Tracking and Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

The live chat is super helpful to answer quick questions that I dont need to necessarily bug our POC for. Love the data lab options as it really cuts down reporting time significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

One challenge I’ve experienced is that occasional platform issues or bugs do come up. While they’re typically addressed, some require submitting a support ticket and follow-up, and responses aren’t always immediate. In a few cases, I’ve had to implement a workaround in order to keep things moving, and by the time the issue is reviewed, the fix is no longer needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
