What I like most about impact.com is how reliable and transparent the tracking is. Since I’m running Facebook ads for FlexPro Meals, it’s really important for me to clearly see clicks, conversions, and commissions in one place, and impact.com does that well. The dashboard makes it easy to generate affiliate links and monitor performance without confusion. I also like that the platform works with well-known brands, which gives me confidence when investing my own ad budget. Overall, it helps me focus more on optimizing ads instead of worrying about whether tracking or payouts are accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I dislike about impact.com is that it can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. When you’re just getting started, especially as an affiliate running paid ads, it takes some time to understand the dashboard and reporting structure. Also, the brand approval process can sometimes be slow, which can delay testing campaigns. While the platform is powerful, a more beginner-friendly onboarding or simpler navigation would make the experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
