### 1. Lower Income Card Hero Saves People Money And Gets Money.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven G. | Trader., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like that it's very easy to make affiliates for anything that I feel can advanced my perogative as an affiliate/promoter for TCGPlayer.com.

I like that you can advanced your commissions as an affilate. The overall usage of the Impact commission system is very useful to me because I spend a lot of time trying to reach my followers' day to day needs as Card Nerds in this modern age. Being able to promote whatever I feel will save my community money in these tougher economic times is so meaningful to me and provides me self worth. It gives me the feeling that I'm helping my people.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

When I'm using my tablet, not this PC, it is very difficult to keep impact.com from reseting and having to re-login to create a new affiliate link. So, yes, there's trouble on iOS tablets keep continuity on my Safari tabs.
Additionally, I find the payment timelines for affiliates very confusing. The advance system with the lightningpay feature is welcomed by me and loved even so that I can cash out. But, I don't know when my next advance will appear. I have a Master's Degree and I'm still a dullard when it comes to this. I need this to help me expect the next time I get paid for my efforts as an affiliate.
I don't like the huge percentages taken for taking a huge advance. As a relatively broke person right now, I don't like seeing that 10% of my commissions could be taken out if the wrong Advance setting is set. In fact, once I had set my advance fee percentage, the interface does not detail the setting that I chose. It says 9.5% as a default. And that gives me anxiety. So, I would add something on the advance interface to assure the user that they locked in a low percentage fee for their advances.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com is solving the problems in the community involving effort not being rewarded. At the end of the day, sites like ebay and tcgplayer which involve card sales, are owned by the shareholders. The community of cares has been growing exceptionally fast in lieu of new incentives from Impact and other social media organizers. The product is the people. And the people, like me, are being kept happy and are keen to be involved in benefitting from Impact's impact.

 ### 2. Impact is easy to navigate, efficient and an awesome tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maya E. | Affiliate consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like best about Impact.com is how it makes managing partnerships really easy and organized. Everything — from working with affiliates and influencers to tracking results and handling payments — is all in one place. It saves time, helps you grow, and gives you the data you need to see what’s working

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One thing I dislike about Impact.com is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, and it takes some time to learn how to use everything. The interface isn’t always the most intuitive, especially for new users, so some training or support is usually needed to get comfortable.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com helps solve the problem of managing multiple types of partnerships in one place. Instead of juggling different tools for affiliates, influencers, or other partners, everything is centralized. This saves time, reduces mistakes, and makes it easier to track performance and payouts. For me, it means less manual work and more time to focus on growing partnerships and driving results.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

Your insights about saving time, reducing errors, and focusing on growth really resonate with us. If there’s anything we can do to support you further or make your experience even smoother, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

 ### 3. Impact.com: Scalable Affiliate Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren S. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact.com offers a robust affiliate and partnership management infrastructure that scales well for growing businesses. The platform centralizes tracking, contract management, and commission payouts in one place, which reduces the operational overhead of managing multiple partners manually. The reporting dashboard gives clear visibility into affiliate performance, and the ability to customize commission structures adds flexibility for different partnership tiers. Customer support has been responsive and helpful in navigating onboarding.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The setup and learning curve is a bit steep for smaller teams or solo operators. The interface is feature-dense, which can feel overwhelming when you're setting up for the first time. Pricing is also on the higher end plus requires a yearly commitment, which may be a barrier for early-stage businesses that don't yet have high affiliate volume to justify the cost.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eliminates the need to manually track affiliate referrals and process commissions, which would otherwise be time-consuming and error-prone. Having contracts, tracking links, and payouts under one roof creates a professional, scalable structure for partnership programs - something that previously would have required stitching together multiple tools.

 ### 4. Easy Brand Discovery, But UX Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like that there's a lot of brands on impact.com, and that there's a huge variety of different collaborations available. I mostly do things in the health, wellness, and travel space. I like that I'm able to search out new brands even if they haven't reached out to me. The brands are categorized well, and I can actually search for a particular brand I'm looking to target, which is a feature I like. They also send some recommendations, though that's not something I've really taken advantage of since some of the recommendations don't seem exactly like anything I would work with. It's nice to be able to search for something I want so I can bypass trying to get an email from the brand itself and just sign up directly, which takes out part of that waiting on a human being. It saves time and helped me find better partners, and it offers a new variety of brands I might not even know of yet. It saves time so I don't have to do a Google search since everything is just presented right there. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

{"I find how to end a contract unclear. How to end a contract? It's not clear.","I think the label 'Expires' is confusing. Expires seems like a weird use word to use for that. It should just say end contract.","I find the UX is not the best in all honesty.","I think they could do better for the user experience and the flow in order to find the things you need in your brand.","Some of the recommendations don't seem exactly like anything that I would work with."}

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for affiliate marketing. It makes it easy to connect with brands, sign contracts, and get the assets, links, discount codes, and banners I need to promote them. I can search and sign up directly, so I don't have to wait on a human or do a Google search. It saves time and helps me find better partners I might not have known about.

 ### 5. Intuitive Dashboard & One-Click Brand Applications — A Real Time-Saver for Affiliates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MD T. | Frontend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact has genuinely made affiliate work less of a headache. The dashboard is intuitive enough that I was generating affiliate links and custom tracking links within minutes of logging in, without a tutorial. What really stands out is having one place to search for and discover brands, instead of hunting down and applying to dozens of separate self-hosted affiliate programs scattered across the internet. The biggest time-saver, though, is that once I've filled in my info during signup, applying to new brand programs is just a single click since Impact already has my data on file — no more re-entering the same details. Between the streamlined applications and the easy link creation, it has removed a noticeable chunk of administrative work from my workflow.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Honestly, Impact's AI and intelligence features are where it falls short. The search functionality feels clunky compared with a simple Google search; finding specific brands or programs requires far more digging than it should. The chatbot support is hit-or-miss — it's available, but it rarely resolves issues and typically just points me back to generic help articles instead of solving my problem. The AI-powered brand-matching feature, which is supposed to recommend programs that fit my niche, also doesn’t work as advertised; the suggestions feel random and not tailored to my audience. For a platform that leans on "smart" features as a selling point, the actual intelligence behind them needs a lot more work.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact solved my biggest pain point in affiliate marketing: fragmentation. Instead of juggling logins and applications across 100+ individual brand programs, I can browse, apply to, and manage all my brand relationships from a single dashboard. Link tracking has been straightforward — I always know which clicks and conversions belong to which campaign without having to piece together data from multiple sources. Getting paid is simple and consolidated too; I’m no longer chasing down payouts from a dozen different brands. What’s been especially useful is the ability to integrate my website, blog, and YouTube channel directly into my profile so brands can see my real metrics and performance before approving me, which has made program acceptance faster and more credible than starting from scratch every time.

 ### 6. Impact.com: Intuitive, Productive Affiliate Platform with Helpful App & AI Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elaine Dinah E. | Conversation Assistant - English, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I’m really enjoying my experience with Impact.com. I find it easy to navigate the platform’s sections to locate my products and their assets quickly. The companion app provides a clear snapshot of my performance metrics over a selected time period and conveniently displays promo codes for my products. The AI assistant has also helped answer my questions, making the platform feel very intuitive overall. The team keeps me updated with the latest platform information, which helps me stay engaged and motivated in my affiliate marketing journey. Overall, I’ve had a very positive and productive experience using Impact.com and would recommend it to others in affiliate marketing.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

As I’m still new to the platform, I haven’t yet explored all its features, but so far everything has been very positive.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com simplifies affiliate marketing by centralizing tracking, reporting, and partnership management in one platform. This saves me time, improves accuracy, and helps me better understand and optimize my campaign performance.

 ### 7. All My Affiliate Partnerships in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Latoya F. | Office Worker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most about impact.com is that I can find everything I need all in one place. I can join affiliate programs, get paid, and see my stacks without having to go to multiple different websites. Everything is all in one place, so if I'm working with a couple of different brands, I can see everything on the platform. It also solves the runaround of looking for what companies offer affiliate programs, because I can easily find different companies and brands within their dashboard. The initial setup was pretty easy, it wasn't that hard.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

{"I think understanding your stacks better could be improved.","Maybe the website could be a bit more organized.","And maybe understanding things could be better."}

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the runaround of looking for what companies offer affiliate programs, since I can easily find different companies and brands in their dashboard. I find everything I need all in one place. I can join affiliate programs, get paid, and see my stacks without going to multiple websites.

 ### 8. Impact.com Makes Affiliate Management Easy with Smooth Shopify Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uday G. | Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most about Impact.com is how easy it is to manage affiliate partnerships in one place. The Shopify integration is straightforward, making it simple to track affiliate-driven sales, commissions, and performance. The reporting dashboard provides useful insights, and the platform helps automate many manual tasks, making affiliate program management more efficient.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The dashboard can feel a bit complex, especially for first-time users. Finding certain settings or reports sometimes requires navigating through multiple menus. A more intuitive interface and easier access to frequently used features would improve the overall user experience.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com simplifies affiliate marketing by providing a centralized platform to manage partners, track conversions, and automate commission payments. Its seamless Shopify integration helps accurately attribute affiliate-driven sales, while the reporting dashboard provides clear insights into campaign performance. This has reduced manual work, improved tracking accuracy, and made it easier to optimize affiliate partnerships and grow revenue.

 ### 9. Simplified Affiliate Tracking and Partnership Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** TechHustle P. | Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I appreciate most about impact.com is its clean and organized platform. It simplifies affiliate management by bringing a wide range of brands together in one place. The reporting tools are easy to navigate, making it convenient to monitor performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, and sales, which helps improve overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One area that could be improved is the withdrawal fee structure. The current fixed fee can feel relatively high, especially for smaller payouts. A percentage-based fee model would be a more balanced and equitable approach, helping ensure affiliates are treated fairly regardless of the withdrawal amount.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com simplifies affiliate partnership management by bringing brands, tracking, reporting, and payments into a single platform. It helps me save time, monitor performance more effectively, and access detailed insights on clicks, conversions, and earnings. This streamlined approach makes it easier to manage campaigns and focus on growing my affiliate revenue.

 ### 10. Robust Tracking and Centralized Dashboard for Scalable Partnerships

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhnoor singh W. | Ambassador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I value most about the platform is its robust tracking capability and the centralized dashboard for managing all creator relationships. It simplifies discovery, contracting, and performance analysis, making it much easier to scale our partner programs efficiently without getting bogged down in manual workflows.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The platform has a pretty steep learning curve for new users. The user interface can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many features and tabs to navigate. It takes some time to get used to finding specific reports, and the navigation could definitely be streamlined to make it more intuitive.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of messy link tracking and fractured communication with creators. Before, it was a nightmare to figure out exactly which partner drove which sale, but the platform consolidates everything. The main benefit is accurate, real-time attribution data, which helps us invest our budget into partnerships that actually convert.

 ### 11. Intuitive, Simple Platform for Seamless Partner Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach C. | Account Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I love how easy it is to navigate the platform. It's nice and simple to find my way around between creating new template terms, finding new partners, as well as reviewing partner performance.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Something specific that I've noticed recently that is frustrating is regarding the creation of newsletters. If there is an issue with any adcode in html that I've built, it will just simply say that there is an error with adcode rather than showing where the issue is. Sometimes there are some glitches with this where errors will come up saying that there are errors with adcode when there actually aren't once I fully reset the page.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that impact.com is solving for me is compiling all of the partners for my client into one platform. This saves a lot of time and money by simplifying where I can manage most of my program.

 ### 12. Impact.com: Easy setup and a great way to earn extra income from your site

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julius H. | Founder, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact is a nice way to earn extra income for businesses. Once set up, it is great to use. And the best day, is the day you receive your first money from the referrals you send via Impact.com.
Impact helps me to, easily, make extra income from my website.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

It can be hard to find the correct businesses to promote, probably the main reason is, is that there are so many offers that you can promote.
The website can sometimes be a bit complex and it is not always easy to find what you need quickly.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a great range of companies that offer affiliate links. It would be impossible for me to approach those companies individually. So whithout Impact.com, I would not be able to offer all those different affiliate links on the website.

 ### 13. Real-Time Data, But Login Friction and Messy Reports Get in the Way

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David N. | Digital Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The data collection seems fairly real time which is nice. Everything you need to do or want to know is there.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The login process is annoying with the AI verification and since this is an app I am checking multiple times a day, I am spending way too much time always logging in. More often than not, when I do login and try creating a new short url, I get an error that my session was basically not valid and have to do this again. The UI and reports are messy. I wish better notifications were available so I could be emailed what I want to know and avoid the app.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to see clicks to conversions for affiliate efforts. Nice to have this available and have some insight to my business.

 ### 14. Powerful Affiliate Management Platform with Reliable Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shweta R. | Affiliate Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact.com stands out for its ability to efficiently manage and scale multiple affiliate and partnership campaigns from a single platform. The reporting and tracking are highly accurate and transparent, giving us clear visibility into performance and ROI. We also appreciate the responsive and knowledgeable support team, which has consistently provided quick and effective assistance.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

While the platform is powerful, it can feel a bit complex for new users during the initial on-boarding process. Report customization can sometimes be time-consuming, especially when working with detailed performance data. We have also noticed occasional slowdowns when handling large datasets, and some third-party integrations could be smoother and more intuitive.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com helps us efficiently manage and track all our affiliate and partnership campaigns from a single platform. It saves significant time by automating reporting, tracking, and payouts while providing clear, real-time insights that help us optimize performance. As a result, we’ve been able to scale our campaigns more effectively and deliver stronger results for our clients.

 ### 15. Comprehensive Affiliate Management with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sambhav J. | Business Development Associate, Publishing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I love using impact.com for affiliate marketing and campaign management because it's an all-in-one platform that connects brands with affiliates, influencers, and publishers. It helps me track performance automatically, eliminating the need for spreadsheets and multiple tools. I really appreciate how it simplifies partnership management, from onboarding partners to managing contracts. One of my favorite features is the tracking and reporting because it almost provides real-time insights into clicks, conversions, and revenue. I also like how it brings everything related to partnerships into one place.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only area that can be improved is the learning curve that the platform has a lot of features, and it's great, but it can feel overwhelming for a new user.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for affiliate marketing and campaign management. It helps track performance automatically, simplifies partnership management, and brings everything related to partnerships into one place. I value its real-time insights into clicks, conversions, and revenue.

 ### 16. Reliable and Rewarding Affiliate Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olaleye P. | Affiliate Marketer, Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I appreciate most about impact.com is the wide variety of high quality offers available for promotion for various niches. As an affiliate marketer and a publisher, it's incredibly convenient to find reputable brands in one place. Their dashboard is user-friendly, tracking is accurate, and payments are both timely and flexible, which helps with planning and scaling campaigns. I've been with impact.com for a couple of years now, and their support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever needed. It's a platform built with affiliate success in mind.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

While impact.com is generally excellent, onboarding with certain brands can sometimes take longer than expected, and not all merchants are quick to approve partnerships.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com makes it much easier for me to manage my affiliate work in one place. Instead of jumping between different platforms or struggling to track my performance, everything is clearly organized and easy to use. I can find good offers, apply to them, get my links, and track my results without stress. One of the biggest benefits for me is how smooth and reliable their payments are. I don’t have to worry about delays. It honestly saves me time and gives me peace of mind, so I can focus on growing and doing what I love.

 ### 17. User-Friendly Interface, But TikTok Integration Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melody S. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to partner with brands as a creator and upload all of my deliverables for approval. Impact.com makes it easier for me to communicate with brand partners, track progress on campaigns, and find additional earning opportunities. I like the impact.com interface—it's very user-friendly and makes it easy for me to manage multiple brand campaigns at one time. I also like the variety of brand partners that are available to work with on the platform.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I run into technical challenges linking my TikTok deliverables in Impact. I've had to open multiple support tickets to resolve this issue, but still run into repeated challenges with the platform recognizing TikTok links and uploads so they can be approved and tracked internally for marketing metrics by the brand. I still run into ongoing issues with authenticating my social media links on the platform.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com makes it easier for me to communicate with brand partners, track progress on campaigns, and find additional earning opportunities.

 ### 18. Ambassador & affiliate options and clear pricing — great integrations, but onboarding and AI lag

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeniffer R. | CEO Jenerate Agency, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Theres ambassador an daffiliate options for creators to get close with the brand and they can earn money through there. The pricing is clear on what they expect from both side. so many integrations that connects the brand to the creator in seconds.

sometimes the ai/intelligence assistant wont help answer the root of the issue. The onboarding takes a while to hear back as well.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they are connecting me with brands to get paid and grow my social media account. I used to struggle with trying to find the connections to the brand but now i can focus on reaching more brands through impact. also the ui/ux of the website is better than any other brand outreach websites.

 ### 19. All-in-One Partnerships Platform with Powerful Tracking and Automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** robert t. | partner/affiliate marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most about impact.com is that it brings all types of partnerships—affiliates, influencers, and brands—into one platform, making it easy to manage everything in one place. It also stands out for its strong tracking and automation, which saves time and shows exactly what’s driving results. Overall, it feels built for scaling a business rather than just basic affiliate marketing.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One thing I dislike about impact.com is that it can be quite difficult to use at the beginning because the platform is complex and not very intuitive. It also tends to be expensive, which can make it less suitable for smaller businesses or beginners. In addition, some users feel that customer support isn’t always as responsive as it should be.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com is mainly solving the problem of fragmentation and lack of visibility in partnership marketing. Instead of using multiple tools and guessing where sales come from, it puts everything—tracking, partners, payments, and performance—into one platform with clear data.
This benefits me because it saves time and reduces confusion, allowing me to see exactly which links or partners are generating clicks, conversions, and commissions. It also gives me confidence that my results are being tracked accurately, so I can focus more on growing and optimising campaigns rather than managing everything manually.

 ### 20. Streamlined Affiliate Marketing with Robust Brand Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satya V. | Partnership & Community Manager , Writing and Editing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com as an affiliate marketer and it really helps in finding good brands to promote on my website and social channels. I love the large directory of brands and products it offers; it makes the process of applying and tracking so much easier than doing it separately for every brand. With impact.com, everything comes together in one place, allowing me to apply to related brands with just a few clicks and track everything easily in one dashboard. It also gives me the opportunity to be safe from scams, which is important.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only thing that should be improved is with the minimum transaction & fee. As the fee sounds a bit higher side if your payment is being paid at lowest possible balance that could be paid.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to find good brands, track my performance, avoid scams, and easily apply to and manage related brands in one dashboard.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H. | Online Marketing Associate, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really like how impact.com goes beyond traditional affiliate marketing and positions itself as a full partnership management platform. The ability to manage affiliates, influencers, and other partnership types all in one place is incredibly valuable, especially for scaling programs efficiently.

I also appreciate the platform’s robust tracking and reporting capabilities, it makes it much easier to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate clear ROI. The automation features are another standout, helping streamline workflows like partner onboarding, contracting, and payments.

Overall, impact.com feels more modern and flexible compared to other networks, which is imp

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Some workflows, like setting up contracts or navigating reporting, can feel a bit complex at first.

Additionally, compared to more traditional networks, onboarding smaller partners or less tech-savvy affiliates can sometimes take more guidance, since the platform offers so many customization options

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com is solving one of the biggest problems in partnership marketing: fragmentation. Traditionally, affiliate programs, influencer campaigns, and referral programs all live in separate platforms, making it hard to track performance, manage partners, and understand what’s actually driving revenue.

impact.com brings all of those partnership types into one unified platform, which means you’re no longer juggling multiple tools or dealing with siloed data. Instead, you can manage the entire partner lifecycle—from discovery and contracting to tracking and optimization—in one place

 ### 22. Impact Makes Affiliate Management and Performance Tracking Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adithya R. | Senior Digital Activations Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact is great for managing and working with multiple affiliate partners, especially because the platform already has the connections in place. It also helps a lot from a budget-management perspective, since you can review the transactions that have come through and keep track of what’s been recorded. Another advantage is the ability to assign custom conversion values to different actions, along with having a clear performance view across the board.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One of our biggest pain points is the difficulty of working with funding sources for our specific client. Another issue is the lack of clarity around testing our form actions, especially when using the test a tag feature, which often doesn’t capture the floodlights or certain parts of the customer journey.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps simplify working with multiple affiliate partners by consolidating everything into the same platform. The benefit is that it lets us run more diversified activity through one place, which helps improve overall performance for the client while still reducing the amount of work it would otherwise take.

 ### 23. Easy Affiliate Management in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eleonora C. | Founder & Affiliate marketer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most about impact.com is how easy it is to create and manage affiliate links and banners. The process is very straightforward, and I can quickly generate links or grab ready-to-use creatives without wasting time.

I also find the analytics very helpful. It’s easy to track clicks, conversions, and overall performance, which makes it much simpler to understand what content is actually working and what needs to be improved.

Overall, it’s a very practical platform that helps me manage affiliate partnerships efficiently while keeping everything organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One downside is that not all brands are available on the platform, especially in certain niches like beauty and skincare. Some popular brands I would like to work with are not currently on impact.com, which means I sometimes need to use multiple affiliate platforms to manage partnerships.

Another small limitation is that some of the provided banners and creatives are not always aligned with the aesthetic of my blog, so I often prefer to create my own visuals to maintain a consistent look and feel.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mpact.com helps solve the challenge of managing multiple affiliate partnerships in a more organized and efficient way. Instead of handling different programs separately, I can work with multiple brands in one place, which simplifies my workflow significantly.

Compared to platforms like Awin, I find it easier to access ready-to-use assets such as banners in different sizes, which makes it faster to integrate affiliate links into my content. The visual assets and centralized dashboard save a lot of time when creating blog posts or campaigns.

Overall, it allows me to streamline my affiliate workflow, reduce time spent on manual tasks, and focus more on content creation and performance optimization.

 ### 24. Clean, Intuitive Platform with Strong Integrations and Solid Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie H. | Amusement Park Asst Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I love that I get to connect with bands with campaignsWhat I like most about impact.com is how it brings everything together in one place with a clean, intuitive UI / UX. It makes it easy to discover and manage campaigns, especially when you’re trying to connect brands with the right partners like bands or creators. The platform’s integrations are another strong point—they streamline workflows and make it easier to track partnerships without juggling multiple tools.
From a performance standpoint, the tracking and reporting are solid, giving you a clear view of what’s working and where to focus. That ties directly into pricing / ROI, since having that visibility helps justify the effort you’re putting in, even if not every campaign converts into paid opportunities.
That said, your point about inactive brands is a real downside. It can affect both performance and ROI when campaigns don’t follow through or lean too heavily on free product instead of paid collaborations. That’s where stronger support / onboarding could help—guiding brands to be more responsive and helping users prioritize higher-quality opportunities.
The AI / intelligence side has potential too. If leveraged more, it could better match active brands with relevant creators and filter out low-engagement campaigns, improving the overall experience and making your time on the platform more worthwhile.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

What stands out on the downside of impact.com is the inconsistency in how brands actually engage once they’re on the platform. Even though the UI / UX makes it easy to browse and apply for campaigns, a lot of listings feel inactive or don’t lead anywhere, which can be frustrating when you’ve put time into outreach.

That also impacts performance—on paper, the tracking and analytics are strong, but they don’t mean much if campaigns never fully activate or brands don’t follow through. It creates a gap between what the platform promises and what you actually experience day to day.

Another issue is pricing / ROI from a creator perspective. When many opportunities are structured around free product instead of paid partnerships, it can feel like the return doesn’t match the effort, especially if you’re looking to scale income rather than just build relationships.

Integrations are generally solid, but they can feel underutilized if the core issue—brand responsiveness—isn’t addressed. And while support / onboarding exists, it doesn’t always solve the real problem of filtering out low-quality or inactive campaigns early on.

Finally, the AI / intelligence could be doing more heavy lifting. Better recommendations, clearer signals about which brands are active, and smarter matching would go a long way in reducing wasted time and improving overall trust in the platform.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a content creator, impact.com is solving the problem of finding and managing brand partnerships in a more centralized, structured way. Instead of chasing down deals across emails, DMs, and different platforms, the UI / UX brings everything into one place, which makes it much easier to discover campaigns, apply, and track progress.
It also helps with integrations, especially when it comes to tracking links, conversions, and performance. Rather than guessing whether a campaign worked, you can actually see the data behind your content. That level of performance visibility benefits me because I can double down on what’s working and make smarter decisions about future collaborations.
From a pricing / ROI perspective, the platform gives me access to opportunities I might not have found on my own, which can lead to new revenue streams. Even though not every campaign is paid, the ones that do convert make it easier to justify the time spent, especially with clear reporting.
Where it really helps is in simplifying the operational side of being a creator. Support / onboarding resources give a baseline for how to navigate partnerships, contracts, and tracking, which is useful if you’re scaling or trying to be more professional in how you work with brands.

 ### 25. Easy Sign-Up and Solid Commissions, but the UI Feels Confusing for Beginners

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beth I. | Owner/Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The sign-up process was pretty easy, and I really like the concept of being able to connect with various brands. I also find the commission levels to be pretty good overall. I didn’t realize how simple it would be to generate an affiliate link and share it once you’re connected with, and approved by, a brand.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

As a beginner, I found the UI/UX a bit confusing at first. For a platform like this, I expected it to feel more modern and user-friendly. Even now, I sometimes wonder whether I’m using it correctly, to be honest.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I generate affiliate links to share with our customers so they can shop online. I own a service-based business (a hair salon), and we don’t carry much in the way of salon tools, so having an affiliate link to pass along has been really helpful for clients who want to purchase some of the professional tools we use in the salon.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

> Hi Beth,

Thanks for taking the time on this. Sorry the UI hasn't felt as intuitive as it should coming in fresh. PXA courses can help you get more comfortable with everything when you have a minute, and a lot of users find them useful for figuring out the parts that aren't obvious at first: https://pxa.impact.com/student/catalog. If a specific spot still feels off after that, our team is around to walk through it with you at support@impact.com.

 ### 26. Broad Affiliate Network with Customization, Needs Streamlined Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas S. | Remote Work Business Opportunity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like the partner recruit system on impact.com because it provides a good background on potential partners, which helps in deciding whether to send out a recruit message. I also appreciate the flexibility to tailor individual contracts and include specific information for each affiliate, a feature that other networks don't offer as effectively. The initial setup of impact.com is incredibly easy, making it straightforward to access the dashboard quickly.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

For someone new in impact.com, the system's a little bit complicated. Even with my experience in the affiliate marketing field, there are still moments where I scratch my head. Setting up the program and recruiting an affiliate is a bit more elongated than it needs to be. The process could be shortened. The tabs down the left-hand side in Impact sometimes don't do everything you need, and you have to go into a separate settings tab. It would be nice if all the tabs needed to set up an affiliate program were down the left-hand side.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to connect companies with affiliates, especially in the US market. It offers detailed insights on partners, allowing me to tailor contracts and recruit effectively, unlike other networks.

 ### 27. Centralized Affiliate Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** madelyn d. | Team Leader / Storage Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to manage my affiliate marketing partnerships and track campaign performances. The platform is easy to navigate, making it simple to manage multiple brand partnerships in one place. The centralized dashboard is well-organized, allowing me to track clicks, conversions, commissions, and payments without needing to switch platforms. This setup saves me time and provides a clearer view of my campaign performance. I appreciate how impact.com brings everything I need for managing affiliate partnerships into one platform.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One area where impact.com could improve is the learning curve for new users. Because the platform offers many features, it can feel overwhelming at first, especially when navigating reports. The interface could be more intuitive, making it easier to find specific tools without having to explore multiple menus.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to manage affiliate marketing partnerships and track campaign performance. It centralizes everything in one platform, saving me time and providing a clearer view of my campaigns.

 ### 28. User-Friendly and Reliable, But Needs Better Tech Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devyn H. | Affiliate Senior Associate Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I find impact.com to be very user-friendly, making it easy to access reporting and extrapolate data. The platform is also very reliable, which is crucial for managing our affiliate program. I appreciate that our contact at impact is very helpful and timely. Additionally, it allows us to optimize the brand's budget towards partners that perform better. The initial setup was very easy, ensuring a smooth start.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

There are times where we have technical issues, and unfortunately, we haven't had the best response from opening tickets with the tech team at Impact. We find that it can be slow to get a response or unhelpful, and it ends up resolving itself before we can actually have someone communicate with us at impact.com.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for managing affiliate programs, partners, and contracts. It solves tracking and reporting problems by making data easy to access and extrapolate, optimizing budget use.

**Official Response from Hannah Kirschner:**

 ### 29. Helpful Overview of Advertising Partners and Affiliate Program Parameters

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

It’s very helpful to get a sense of the brands that are already working with online advertisers, as well as their needs and payout structure and fee schedule. The website itself is relatively easy to navigate, and I appreciate that there is a messaging option.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

As an advertiser, I wish it was clearer how we can apply for fee-based programs rather than a pure affiliate model. I don’t show ads on my website on an affiliate-only basis, as I also have a personal brand as a creator on social media. There is an option to connect our other accounts—such as social media profiles like Instagram and TikTok, but I haven’t noticed that doing so results in offers that reflect the entire scope of my audience across platforms—the only offers I receive focus on one channel or the other, typically my website only. Sometimes it can feel like it is difficult to highlight qualitative differentiators to potential partners, things like the composition of audience rather than just flat stats like gender and geographical location. I find that messages I send to brands are not returned. I have not tried using the support function yet, and have not bee onboard for a project yet.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that I am looking for digital advertisers for a new web-based product I’m launching this week, it is very helpful to have a list of advertisers looking to connect with web publishers. I publish wellness content, which I see is a category that is currently being pushed by impact, as I just received an email with a list of potential brand partners. As I was focused on building out other aspects of my platform, I hasn’t been investing as much time in connecting with brands on impact, so I cannot yet speak to ROI in terms of brand outreach. The site performance overall is strong, and I haven’t not encountered any issues. I don’t have any experience with AI products yet but I’ve been using AI very heavily in my site development and look forward to utilizing it in a partner acquisition context in order to save time and energy.

 ### 30. Impact.com: Easy Reporting, Reliable Performance, and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The interface is easy to navigate and it's easy for me to see reporting. I noticed in the last few months, changes were made to make the linking process easier, something I appreciate. I like to integrate links into my website, and one of the easiest platforms I use is Impact.com.

I am partnered with several affiliate programs as a publisher, and one asset that makes Impact stand out is its performance. I very infrequently have experienced downtime, if any, and any issues I had in the past (though I can't really even remember more than one) was fixed quickly.

The support of Impact.com is better than most - I've sent emails and have had them responded to in a timely manner. I am not sure about pricing because I do not use it as an advertiser, but as a publisher the time is definitely worth the ROI.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One major disadvantage is there is a lack of HTML coding that can be implemented into my HTML footer to automatically turn normal links into affiliate links in the program. I spend a lot of time manually creating links, which is a big difference from other platforms where the links auto create for me when the user clicks on the link. I think Impact should implement ir, if possible.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact makes it easy for me to monetize my content. By utilizing the links in the portal, I am able to link to individual products or category pages, create a custom link, and track the links to see which ones are doing better than others. This allows me to make changes as needed.

 ### 31. impact.com Marketplace Makes Finding Brand Partnerships Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The best part of impact.com is the marketplace, which connects publishers directly with a wide range of advertisers/brands. It makes finding legitimate partnership opportunities much easier compared to searching for brands individually. This has saved me significant time in outreach and let me focus more on actually promoting the brands.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Recently, impact.com has been declining publishers' access to the marketplace, which limits opportunities to connect with new advertisers. Also, digital marketing is evolving fast — publishers are discovering new legitimate promotion channels, such as brand mentions on AI platforms like Claude and ChatGPT, or brand awareness through Medium articles. However, impact.com currently has no clear way to verify or track these newer promotion methods, making it hard to prove this kind of work to advertisers

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One major problem impact.com solves is generating deep links quickly and easily. With the Chrome extension, I can create a deep link instantly while browsing, without switching back and forth between different browser windows or tabs. This has saved me a lot of time and made my workflow much smoother when promoting brands.

 ### 32. Easy Setup, Insightful Dashboard, and Seamless Website & LinkedIn Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

It's easy to set up, I like that the main page shows a dashboard with a snapshot of clicks, actions, earnings, etc. It's good to have information that is easy to find. Integration with my website and LinkedIn was seamless. And I'm satisfied with the current performance. I am the only user currently, but onboarding was easy, and I could understand the platform the same day I started. The AI chatbot seems to be able to be improved. I have experience with AI chatbots, and I suggest using a classifier workflow first before reading all the data and then pulling the information from the docs. I'm still not in the phase of calculating ROI, but from reviews and research, it seems great.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

What I dislike most about Impact.com is the payment process. It can be confusing to understand when a commission is actually approved, locked, available, or ready to be paid. Even after a sale is confirmed, the payment can still depend on the advertiser funding their account, which makes the process feel uncertain.

I also do not like how much the experience depends on each individual advertiser. Every brand has its own rules, approval process, commission structure, tracking conditions, and payment timeline. Because of that, one program can work well while another can be frustrating, even though both are using the same platform.

Another concern is the amount of access Impact.com asks for when connecting social media accounts. I understand that some access may be necessary for verification, but it still feels like too much when all I want to do is promote products and use affiliate links.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact.com gives me one place to find affiliate programs, create tracking links, monitor clicks and conversions, and manage payments.

As an affiliate, this saves me from having to deal with separate systems for every brand. It also makes it easier to track which content is generating results and which products are relevant to my audience.

The main benefit for me is that I can recommend courses and tools I genuinely use or believe are useful, while also creating a potential revenue stream for my website and social media content.

 ### 33. Clear Earnings & Performance Insights, Easy to Get Started

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan T. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Clear, easy to understand earnings and performance. I have not explored integrations very deeply. Nor pricing/ROI. UI/UXS is not hard, but there have been some difficulties. Support and onboarding have been fine but there are still some things I am confused about. I have not explored the AI / Intelligence capabilities at all. I did not know there were any integrations available and I am not sure what is meant about pricing/ROI

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

As someone getting started with affiliate marketing, some of the core concepts are hard to understand. I am unsure when I am supposed to generate new links vs use existing ones. The brand I am promoting does not have enough assets and it is not clear how to request more - they have not been responsive to me.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping find a monetization path for our blog to generate another stream of income. we had channels for sharing information and reviewing products previously, but no way to monetize them, and certainly no integrations or AI / integlligence helpingus.

 ### 34. Impact Makes Reporting and Billing Fast, Reliable, and Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact is great for detailed and consistent reporting and billing. It is easy to navigate and there are a multitude of pre built reports that work for many different situations. It is fast, convenient, and allows for many utilizations across different integration options. I appreciate the support chat as well which is much faster than other options.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I think the hardest part about learning Impact is that it seems geared toward users who already kind of know what they’re doing and what they’re looking for. I haven’t found an option that lets me describe what I’m trying to find and then directs me to the right place. On top of that, sometimes brands don’t show up when I search for them. The multiple search bar options also make things a bit confusing. I also haven’t seen any AI optimizations that have helped me yet, but it would be nice if those were more prominently displayed for me to utilize. Since I’m on a company plan, I don’t have to deal with pricing, but the billing system itself has been reliable.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving reporting problems and that is a huge benefit already, and making it super easy to find programs and affiliate advertisers of interest.

 ### 35. Automated Tracking and Detailed Analytics Elevate Our Marketing Efforts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abdelhak B. | affiliate marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I mostly like the automated tracking system and the detailed analytics tools that help me optimize my marketing campaigns effectively. They help me save time by automating the tracking process and give me clear insights through data analytics, which makes it easy to monitor my daily progress and grow my business.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The dashboard and detailed reports can sometimes take too long to load when filtering large amounts of data.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find impact.com solves the problem of tracking multiple affiliates in one place, providing accurate data on conversions and traffic. I like the automated tracking system and detailed analytics tools that save me time and give clear insights to optimize my marketing campaigns.

 ### 36. Excellent Platform for Affiliate Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Swapnil T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really appreciate that impact.com is a great platform where I can connect with big brands and earn a good amount of money through affiliate income. It's also very easy to sign up, connecting with Google and LinkedIn accounts, making the setup a breeze. I like that most of the big brands are on impact.com, which helps me promote them effectively and boosts my earnings. I also enjoy that I don't need any other tools because impact.com covers everything I need for my affiliate programs.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

In the earlier days when I started with impact.com, I found it challenging to understand how to work with the platform and how to find brands. I had to visit each brand's website to learn about their affiliate programs. I also faced some payment issues initially with impact.com, but they were resolved after I connected my PayPal.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With impact.com, I'm getting paid for my content and generating leads gives me a good amount of money, solving the issue of creating content without compensation.

 ### 37. Great for Scaling Marketing and Creator Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James W. | Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to generate leads for clients and for my own personal business growth. It helps me with scalability, the ability to reach various audiences, and to market efficiently across all platforms. What I like most is that it gives creators who may not be visible a chance to be explored and have other people recognize their talents, not just someone from social media with a large following. It lets someone in independent marketing service introduce products to various clients and lets those clients explore products they hadn't heard about before. It also assists with broadening outreach and your digital footprint without doing it in an artificial way. The initial setup was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I believe impact.com could do better at catering to a wider audience. I think maybe being able to have people who never heard about impact and who may not always qualify for the vetting process be actually assessed for or given an opportunity. I’d like them to allow those individuals to gain visibility with the filter, of course, but also in consideration to their latent abilities because they may not link all of their social media at the same time.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to generate leads for clients and grow my own business. It solves scalability, lets me reach various audiences, and market efficiently across all platforms. It also gives less-visible creators a chance to be recognized and helps broaden outreach and my digital footprint.

 ### 38. Trustworthy Affiliate Links with Handy Vanity URLs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to generate links to minecraft.net since Mojang introduced the Creator Support Program. One thing that helps a lot is the "Vanity URL" feature, which gives me the option to make custom URL links. The default links that are generated don't look very trustful, so being able to customize them is helpful. I really like how the brands can make an offer and I can know that it's not a scam, which was a problem I previously suffered through emails. A good example is the Minecraft brand itself, it's a big brand, and being able to work with them has been a phenomenal opportunity. It's my first time in this ecosystem, so there's a lot for me to discover, but for now this is the only thing I can fully say works well. The initial setup wasn't too bad, since English isn't my first language I had to translate some things and it took me some minutes to understand, but it didn't require help from support.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

{"Maybe I would like more ways to customize links on impact.com.","Maybe presets will be a good adittion, especially while I generate links for the Minecraft Brand like Textures, Addons, Worlds. Being able to set specificaly links for they with custom presets will speed my workflow.","Sometimes when I try to log in, the site is kinda slow.","I have experienced this problem more than 10 times. There's a messagem from cloudfare that verifies my connection. Sometimes this took 2 minutes and sometimes I need to reload the page.","Since English isn't my first language, I had to translate somethings, so it took me some minutes to undestand. But it didn't require help from support.","The default links that are generated don't look very \"trusthfull.\""}

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to generate affiliate links for Minecraft. The Vanity URL feature lets me make custom links, since the default ones don't look very trustful. I also like knowing a brand's offer isn't a scam, which was a problem I had before with emails.

 ### 39. Centralize Affiliates with Precise Tracking and Direct Connections

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaneth C. | Asesor postventas

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like the most is the transparency and the opportunity to connect directly with brands, as this allows for building solid, professional business relationships without intermediaries. I also highly value the level of detail in the reports to measure the performance of my publications. I find it very practical when making links to be able to send or share on any social network. I also like that they provide the opportunity for content creators who are just starting to access brands and campaigns. The platform is very intuitive. I chose this platform from the beginning because it centralizes everything I need in one place, so I can manage my links, contracts, and reports without having to handle the brands separately. Their tracking system allows me to accurately measure my performance and optimize my content to generate more sales.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I have no negative comments about the platform for now; the truth is it's quite intuitive.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me resolve operational fragmentation and the lack of data. I centralize my links, contracts, and reports in one place instead of managing brands separately. I measure my performance accurately with its tracking, which allows me to optimize my content to generate more sales.

 ### 40. A Real Breakthrough for Affiliate Marketers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like most about impact.com is the system, it's very clear, neat, and easy. There's no need to worry about getting banned or kicked out, unlike other CPA systems where you can't appeal. It's simple, you do sales and get commissions, no hanky panky, no ditches, no gimmicks. The payment is very good and they give me offers easily. It's very easy to find deals, coupons, and assets, especially the brand deals, the real brands like TikTok. I worked with HostGator through them and the system was very good. I worked for almost ten years and couldn't find anything that could pay me out or get me a breakthrough in my affiliate journey, but impact.com was the first one that made me able to get a breakthrough, and when I signed up for TikTok it helped me generate my income and my paid commission. It's been a big breakthrough in my life, in my affiliate journey, in my office, and in my business. When I ran my HostGator campaign I immediately got my commission, which was amazing. The moment someone clicks on your link, it shows on impact, and the moment you get a sale, it immediately comes to your dashboard. You get immediate results, no waiting, no stopping, so you can see your performance straight away, and the money flows directly into your account where you can withdraw it. If you set up auto withdrawal, you can get your payment immediately. The payment is timely, fair, and transparent. I really like the recurring commission options, it's a no brainer with no competition on that, like 20% on TikTok, so you can earn a lot. impact.com is based on real business, I'm building a real business around it and their offers, especially TikTok. I'm also using the impact.com extension alongside my own marketing tools. Compared to other CPA networks like MaxBounty, the biggest difference is there's no problem after the sale, everything is very clear and it's a fair deal, a company, agency, or anyone can run their offer because you do the sale and you get the commission.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The ticket-generation process is somewhat cumbersome, and the communication system is awkward. Maybe it's an older system, from before the AI era. So far it's okay, but a little slow. Compared to modern layouts, the system feels outdated. They often get stuck on payments, account setup, changing the address, switching accounts, or changing the country, which is a problem for us.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com makes it easy to find brand deals, coupons, and assets—especially real brands like TikTok and HostGator. The system is clear and simple, with no bans or gimmicks. I see clicks and sales immediately on my dashboard; payments are timely and transparent, and I can auto-withdraw. It gave me a breakthrough in my affiliate journey.

 ### 41. Easy to Use, Transparent Affiliate Connections

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com to search for and apply for affiliate business connections that I later promote on my blog and website. It helps me quickly and simply find strong affiliate partnerships to promote products, write reviews for readers, and generate passive income from my efforts. It's easy to use, easy to connect, and it sends confirmation of application receipts. That saves me time and clarifies that I have indeed applied for the affiliation that I want. I appreciate its transparency about commission rates, and it seems to have affiliates that are in alignment with my business. The application flow and the ability to combine businesses into one platform stood out too. The initial setup was easy and time considerate.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

{"I'm new to using it so I'm still coming to understand the negative impressions and how it can be improved","I would like to see more fitness affiliations on there"}

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me quickly and simply find strong affiliate partnerships to promote products on my website, write reviews for readers, and generate passive income. It saves time, confirms I've applied for the affiliations I want, and is transparent about commission rates with affiliates aligned to my business.

 ### 42. Convenient Brand Search and Easy Affiliate Partnership Requests

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaden K. | Freelancer/Digital Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I really like how convenient it is to search for different brands and request to partner with them as an affiliate.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

For me, I'm an artist and I produce art content. I find it very difficult to narrow down the discovery of brands/products to applicable things. Most of the art supplies are more crafts-focused, or certain categories that focus on creativity give me results that aren't useful for the specific content I make.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact is helping me get connected to brands and companies easily, which is something that, in the past, was always extremely difficult. I really like how I can apply on Impact and hear a response relatively fast.

 ### 43. Effortless Affiliate Management with Detailed Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leila K. | Owner, Content Creator, Financial Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I use impact.com as a creator and appreciate how it makes getting my affiliate links for specific landing pages easy. I love that my earnings can be directly deposited into my bank account without worrying about invoicing. The ability to create affiliate links for any landing page is a feature I truly value. The detailed reporting helps me see where users come from and what actions they took, which is something I love.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I love the detailed reporting but it still can be a bit confusing/overwhelming. One other thing that could be improved is when signing a contract, the button to submit is easy to miss!

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to easily get affiliate links for specific pages, track earnings directly to my bank, and create multiple earning links. It provides detailed user reports showing where views come from and what actions they took.

 ### 44. Top Affiliate Programs and Effortless Commission Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal J. | Business Development Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What we like best about Impact is that most of the top merchant affiliate programs are available on the platform. Its easy to manage everything in one place, and commissions are processed automatically once they reach $25, which saves us tie and effort.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

The only thing we dislike about Impact is that sometimes merchants take a long time to approve our partnership requests. It would be great if the approval process could be faster or more consistent.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Impact helps us access some of the best affiliate programs worldwide including top brands like Home Depot, Sider.ai and Wix. It makes it much easier to connect with these brands and get them onboarded as clients, saving us time and effort in managing multiple partnerships.well, in previous it's difficult to analysis the offers category wise now it's much easier for us

 ### 45. Robust Partner Management, Minor Navigation Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I like the size of the network impact.com has because it allows us to find partners in the same category as us and in adjacent categories, which helps us grow. The simplicity of managing payments to partners is also impressive, as we pay one invoice and they handle all the payouts to our partners. The setup was quick and straightforward, even with our slightly more complex way of tracking, it was still simple to set up and validate.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Sometimes finding things in the platform can be a little tricky as it's been built on over the years. Also, there are a few limitations in the automation flows.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to manage our partner network effectively, growing our business through new channels. The large network helps find partners in similar and adjacent categories, and simple payment management ensures smooth transactions with one invoice covering all partners.

 ### 46. Impact Datalab: Flexible, Custom Reporting That Saves Me Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willian M. | International Media Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

Impact is, by far, the most advanced network in the context of affiliate marketing. My favorite aspect is the freedom and personalization of reporting allowed by Datalab, which is fundamental for my job as a media specialist. It saves me precious time that I previously spent on platforms like Looker Studio to present data, since I can now create multiple custom reports with different visuals directly inside Impact.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Sadly, one of Impact’s best tools, Optimization Suite, isn’t available inside Datalab. This is a problem because I can’t present partner performance alongside its optimization metrics, like Incrementality. Having that information available in Datalab would be a huge improvement and would help build dashboards focused on monitoring optimization success.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems in affiliate marketing is proving the value of partners who typically don’t benefit from the usual attribution model (last click). With the Optimize Suite and the Competitive Insight sections, we have real-world data that feeds insights into the customer journey and partner incrementality, which helps us demonstrate the relevance of these partners despite the challenges imposed by the attribution model.

 ### 47. All-in-One Partnership Management That Saves Time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harvinder D. | System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

What I like best about impact.com is how it brings everything related to partnerships—affiliates, influencers, and brand collaborations—into one unified platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools, you can manage discovery, onboarding, tracking, and payments all in one place, which saves a lot of time and reduces complexity.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

One area that could be improved in impact.com is the learning curve for new users. Because the platform is very feature-rich, it can take some time to fully understand and utilize all its capabilities effectively.
Additionally, while the reporting tools are powerful, they can feel a bit complex at first, especially for users who are not very familiar with analytics platforms.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an affiliate partner, impact.com solves the problem of fragmentation and lack of transparency in affiliate marketing. Instead of managing multiple affiliate programs, tracking links, and reports across different platforms, it brings everything into a single unified system.

 ### 48. Effortless Brand Partnerships with a Clean UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erick M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

I love using impact.com as a TCG player partner because it allows me to connect with brands I already use and makes it easier to get partnerships for things I like and support. The platform is super easy to use and navigate, with a clean UI and I haven't really had any issues. It's straightforward and great as is. It keeps everything on one page, which is convenient because it's a hassle to comb through emails and I could possibly miss brand connections. The initial setup was very easy, quick, and seamless.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

I would like for promo codes as an added feature or a way to make income through brand partnerships.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com to connect with brands I already use, making it easier to get partnerships for things I like and support. It helps keep everything on one page, avoiding missing brand connections.

 ### 49. Mixed Experience with Impact.com: Promising but Uneven

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keli R. | Investigative Reporter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

The recent updates on impact.com have definitely helped my overall experience. I like that I can access potential brands or that brands can potentially access me. This feature is critical to my business because it's essential for brands to be able to contact me, and I like having a direct way of contacting brands. This is how, as a digital creator, I score ad deals and business partnerships that I can share with my audience and make money on.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Well, the general user experience for creators has been quite limited. I've had several issues over the last year or year and a half with fully utilizing my profile, especially when it comes to linking my social media channels to my impact.com profile. Using their automated customer service and trying to speak with a customer service representative has been rather challenging. So, I have tended to use other affiliate marketing platforms because of this. It was I it should be easy, but I think it's a little more challenging. I don't know why but I was having difficulty not the very first time that I set up my Impact profile, but in subsequent times that I have tried to get my impact profile completed or linked to a campaign that was already in progress. They could even if they wanted to check my particular profile and see that I had contacted customer service several times because my Instagram was not properly linking to my impact profile. And because that is my largest social media profile, this was really probably holding me back and keeping me from exploring impact more. And I reached out to customer service, spent hours trying to navigate through processes with them, and it, you know, ended up just feeling frustrated.

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use impact.com for affiliate marketing, which helps me partner with brands and generate income from affiliate links. It also allows brands to track my performance on my blog or social media.

**Official Response from Kamila D:**

 ### 50. Intuitive, Fast Platform for Creators — Minor HTML Formatting Glitch

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about impact.com?**

As a creator, impact.com is exactly what I've been looking for. Its UI is easy to navigate and the site performs quickly and responsively. I have had a few issues where certain formatted text shows as HTML instead of plain text, but this hasn't hurt the overall experience. Setting up my account was straightforward and accessing support (both human and AI assistent) is a breeze! Finding and managing campaigns is easy thanks to filtering and sorting. Overall, a positive experience using impact.com so far.

**What do you dislike about impact.com?**

Whilst the UI is easy to navigate, is does take some time to find where everything is, but generally nothing bad so far at the time of writing..

**What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

impact.com has made it simple to find reputable brands to affiliate/partner with, which can be a challenge if you are new to partnering with and contacting brands.
