Instana is very useful easy to use software we can easily implement it is here and we get actually support from the team members and the I really use it frequently in a day it have number of features in it it is very easy to use software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't say that it is a very dislike regarding UI form or in payment form but I can say that it should enhance in the terms of features and to train the new person who are using it in a different way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instana is very easy to use software in my case I have implemented very very easily in but the customer support is also great for the internal customer care and I frequently use it in a day it have a lot of features in it it is very easy to integrate in this server. Very easy to use server so we can use it in very easily way and the customer support is excellent as I have seen that if I got any problem from them we can solve all the issues I regularly use it in a test game and it is very easy to integration that I like so much. The SaaS option reduces implementation time because the only step required is installing the agents. Depending on your infrastructure, it can be simpler if you have access to the backend address and port, as a few simple commands will allow you to install all the agents. Sensors are deployed automatically, meaning only one agent per server is needed. By following the documentation, you may encounter certain technologies that require adjustments to send or generate trace information. However, if you follow the instructions, you'll quickly see the dependency maps generated automatically.
When I started using the application, some features were not available, such as log monitoring and the ability to create alerts based on logs. When I first started using the application in SaaS mode, the look and feel were different compared to today. The navigation bar and menus have changed, and now the application feels heavier, taking longer to load and feeling slower overall

Its very easy to use. I have implemented very easily. We get the excellent customer support from there team. It have great number of features in it.

What I like best about Instana is its real-time, full-stack monitoring and automatic instrumentation, which makes it easy to set up and provides comprehensive visibility across complex, dynamic environments. The platform's intuitive user interface and smart alerting system are also standout features, making it easier to quickly identify and resolve performance issues. A common dislike about Instana is its pricing, which can be high for smaller organizations or those with extensive monitoring needs. The good thing is we can moniotor errors, alerts by just filtering a specific container within a time frame and the good part is it's UI.
It is best for monitoring or extracting error logs or alerts as it shows color red and green.
Can filter by endpoints so it shows only related calls.
Easy to use

when open any link to analyse log, then if we do back then it goes to entire back page because of which have to scroll it again till the previous call.
Sometime it is confusing to analyse because of all things are in same dashboard so unable to understand whether it is relevant error calls or data.

Visualization of different parameter is very insightfull and also filtering and grouping feature to breakdown analysis further for deeper understading of issues.
