The Hire2Retire system is wonderfully easy to use and can be learned quickly by any seasoned systems admin. The support is quick and always looks to help. I cannot wait to see as new features become available. It was relatively easy to implement and integrate into both Active Directory and Office 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a couple of UI bugs when assigning groups that have a large number of parameters. It will make the fields shake rapidly. Also, having to manually specify the AND/OR coniditions in a CSV twice is a bit cumborsome and can lead to errors. We opted for the on-prem agent and it works well but getting the Docker container to run automatically and without keeping a user logged into the server is a bit difficult. Hire2Retire is very easy to configure. It also allows for multiple configurations and complex situations. There is logic built-in that is very simliar to Excel's formulas. The product doesn't just create accounts and terminate accounts, but you have a lot of control over groups security, naming conventions, etc. There are also a large number of templates that you can customize for notifying users, managers, etc. on key events related to onboarding or offboarding. They release new features on a regular basis and do listen to customer requests for new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am very happy overall and I would recomment Hire2Retire. There have been errors and issues, but they respond quickly and address the problem. The only complaint I have is that some issues get pointed back to your HRIS vendor. That happens with all solutions, but as an end user, it is frustrating to get someone to own the problem. The best part of the Hire2Retire solution is the exceptional customer service. During the implementation process, they provided a white-glove support all the way through to the go-live process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The solution was sold as a direct integration to Paycom. However, when we got to the implementation phase, we ended up having to make some consessions on the configuration and utilize a secondary method. This was really not RoboMQ's fault, but moreso on the Paycom side. Paycom is not easy to work with and was reluctant to provide integrations to another system. I find that the customer support is always very helpful and willing to help in any way they can. Specifically Ben and Namrata they are always willing to go above and beyond. Interface to our HRIS solution made the transition from our on-premises solution to the cloud-based solution smoother than ever. We were able to eliminate our hybrid environment and move exclusively to the cloud. Support team is very knowledgeable and willing to work through every little detail throughout the implementation. I find the system to be user-friendly and simple to understand. The platform streamlines the employee lifecycle management process by efficiently automating account creation, access rights modifications, and deprovisioning for both on-premise and cloud applications. I know that I can count on support staff on any query and the system provides smooth integration with a range of HR Information Systems (HRIS), making data management and synchronization more effective. The entire exploration and purchasing process was seamless, and the support from our implementation team was outstanding! The product itself is incredibly intuitive and integrated smoothly into our environment. Its automation features allow us to use it daily without any concerns. And once again, the customer support has been exceptional—if they don’t have an immediate answer, they make a real effort to find it and always follow up in a timely manner. Hire2Retire streamlines several processes for us that were either delayed or non functioning. Most importantly new employee information and changes such as job title or manager were delayed in many of our IT systems. Hire2Retire automates that handoff and within 24 ours of a change in the HR system it has been entered into Active Directory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The 1 and only time I needed to put in a trouble ticket I could not find a ticket button on the website and sent an email to our implementation manager instead. The issue was quickly resolved afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After deciding to automate the onboarding / offboarding process, we evaluated multiple vendors in the space, but no one had the configurability of RoboMQ's Hire2Retire product. There are multiple postivie outcomes that include automated onboarding and offboardings, all with notifications to appropriate staff members to ensure all applicable parties are made aware of any staff changes. Another benefit is that with Hire2Retire, we have one single source of truth (the HRIS) and with the integrations into either Active Directory or Entra ID, we can ensure that all HR changes are synced to all of our enterprise applications. Previous to implementing Hire2Retire, IT was dependent on HR notifying IT on any changes to preferred names, titles, reporting structures, office locations, etc. Now, with Hire2Retire, we ensure that all of our enterprise applications display the same information and any change is updated in a timely manner.
The implementation team did a great job, and although we did encounter a road blocker, the team at RoboMQ "made it right" and ensured that our implementation could continue. The staff care about their customers, and you feel valued. The support team moves quickly and even catches errors without needing to open a ticket. Release cycles are stable and predictable, all the bug issues we've encountered are quickly patched.
With Hire2Retire, our onboarding process is smooth. Integrations into popular ticketing systems ensure that notifications can go out for equipment purchases, etc. I am extremely pleased with the product and the team behind the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
