What do you like best about Hint Health?

Great for starting out small, able to set billing preferences, coupons/discounts quite easily and have non-technical team members get involved in the back end with minimal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hint Health?

Its easy, it makes our processes way better, more efficient and faster. Patients are happy and our staff too. Billing automation is a great feature that make us save time and money. Also, its easy to implement. That is such a 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hint Health?

When I began to imagine opening my own business, I could've never foreseen how difficult it is to maintain the billing and collection flowing in order for my business to take off the ground. Hint Health is an indispensable part of business. Their system is very simple to use, even for someone that does not have great computer skills. The staff is very responsive. If you have any difficulty, all you have to do is send a message through the system and someone is in touch with you within minutes. They have great tutorials that sometimes can solve things even after hours. Their services are very affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hint Health?

The only downside I have found in the system is that the enrollment forms are only in English, and I have many non-English patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Enroll, Bill and collection. Very easy to get paid, easy to see which accounts are defaulting, seamless communication with my EHR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hint Health?

Customer service/support is so good. They respond quickly and if not addressed they will hop on video call to explain further. I love that they are constantly looking to make it a little better. Each day and each month goes by they try to improve. They are transparent and honest with what they are trying to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hint Health?

I really don't have much to complain about with HINT I want some of the integrated partnerships to improve but I know that's a constant work in progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hint Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

The faxes were such a big problem and they were wonderful about working on it and very open about giving updates on it. I also really do not like documenting. I have enjoyed practicing with the AI copilot product as it has eased my burden of documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hint Health?

Simple to use. Fairly intuitive. You can have an open note as you browse other parts of the EHR. Customizable. You can decide what to include in the social history, general information sections, etc. It is still a fairly new EHR and they are creating new features all the time based on user feedback. What do you dislike about Hint Health?

Becuase it is new there are still some bugs and awkward areas. The prescription software is a little clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They allow patients to self-schedule, reducing the amount of hands-on work I have to do. They make documentation easy by pulling in email and text message conversations with the patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
