What do you like best about HighLevel?

High Level is great at multitasking, plus it integrates into all of our systems. We use it every day, as its simplicity makes using the interface feel natural. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

Oh goodness, I like that it's all-in-one and the team has a relentless drive for innovation so it's always improving. I also love that at the heart of its feature set are communication and automation which is essential for any business these days.

When you look at similar tools in the space, at similar price points, one of the key features that stands HighLevel apart is unified inbox, and particularly the use of two-way SMS. Similar platforms in the space allow for only one-way SMS, or do not touch the functionality at all.

The customer support, while backed up at times, is truly great for a company growing as fast as theirs. Just the other day I was able to jump on a zoom call with a support rep and get my question answered.

I use HighLevel daily and have shifted to building exclusively in this platform for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

If I had to choose something I dislike about the platform, it would be the fact that the "desktop" version of the platform isn't mobile-friendly. This means you are limited to the functionality in the mobile app. Other tools like systeme.io work flawlessly on all mobile devices, so you truly can run your business from anywhere (but I'm not switching just for that).

Many people are bothered by the learning curve. But I'm not. Anything worth mastering takes time and attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
