"Support is a joke"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

It has a lot of useful features such as the zapier like automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Support is non existent. Even if you are paying for the agency level account. Unless you pay even more support will not respond to serious issues for days. We've been dealing with issues with the main phone number, they assigned us when we signed up, not being able to receive calls for 3 days now with zero response from support. I haven't yet figured out how to connect calendars for project management. We currently use Trello and would like to integrate trello with Highlevel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of these "Free" add-ons in the marketplace don't actually get added on even when you install and add the api key. Some of the add=ons are awfully glitchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Please remove the 10% ad spend thin from your ad manager so I can switch away from uphex without dealing with 10% higher CPL.

Internal notifications can be super delayed sometimes. Up to a full day.
