What do you like best about HighLevel?

I've only been using HighLevel for about a year now, and it has been the most helpful tool within my business, hands-down. The amount of features it has, the ideas and improvements process, and their ability to develop user focused enhancements really showcases how much they care about their customers. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

It's hard to say anything that I dislike about HighLevel, but if I have to say something, it would be that there are so many feature updates, like on a weekly basis that it can feel daunting to learn and master them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

I've been an entreprenuer since 1999, and was an early adopter of implementing online booking for my hair salon, about 20 years ago.

It's not common that hairstyling and stacking software for professions live in the same space. However, my business road lead me down the path of utilizing several software platforms to automate many of my business tasks before automation was a "thing".

What I can share with you is that, over the years...with one salon software company, as a small business I had spent $10,000+ on seperate software modules, and only in the end left them because they always promised upgrades, but the upgrades would never come.

My use of High Level are many. I use it for both of my family "mom & pop" businesses. Salon & an Auto Repair Garage.

Next, I am a business consultant and Coach...and HighLevel has, in my professional opinion, everything you would need as a coach because you can build courses & even build a community.

After using HighLevel for about 6 months, I did cancel ever other software that I was previously using. This did have a nice financial year benefit to cutting down on costs.

I'd have to say that my favorite things about the platform are:

>The speed in which they build or improve features

>They have weekly zoom meetings for what's going on with internal product launches

>Support - They offer chat, or live Zoom support

And by far, my favorite thing yet has been attending their LIVE EVENTS. They are about EDUCATION, and not PITCHING. The owners are at the events and are so down to earth.

And the Facebook Community is just a deep well of like-minded people.

I've experienced my annual costs paying for themselves rather quickly within my own salon business, because, if I had to suggest which would be my FAVORITE solution/feature it would be the Missed Call Textback. I have peace of mind, knowing that if I miss a call, then the easy to set up automation, will send a text back to the potential new customer.

Basically, in a nutshell, I'm a professional that uses Highlevel on every level. In my business and as a business.

What you can digitally do with HighLevel is only limited to your imagination.

The value for the price really doesn't seem equally matched for all that they provide, but I'm glad they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Only once in awhile a ticket gets handled by too many support reps, inside the ticket system, but I haven't ever experienced HighLevel not getting to the bottom of things.

And the other thing I dislike is...not finding HighLevel sooner! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
