What do you like best about HighLevel?

It's very helpful to keep client information, marketing strategies, collect payments and manage a team all from one place. Allows us as an agency to keep all of our clients in one place as well as easily trouble shoot any issues they may have. It integrates easily with multiple apps like facebook, Instagram, google, etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

It helps me organize all of my business in one spot and has almost every feature I need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I'm having with high level is the need for a third party dialer software. Highlevel doesn't have the function to allow me to call someone add a third caller and then for the first caller to hang up and me be able to stay on the line with the third caller. when the original person i called hangs up it hangs up the entire conversation. Too many add-ons like with support. I had great support in the beginning now I need to pay for that. Would also be nice to have a pay-as-you-go sub-account option as the jump from 3 to paying full price for white-label is large when all I need to to do is add another client.
