Range of functionality is great and reporting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Too many add-ons like with support. I had great support in the beginning now I need to pay for that. Would also be nice to have a pay-as-you-go sub-account option as the jump from 3 to paying full price for white-label is large when all I need to to do is add another client.
