What do you like best about HighLevel?

So far, the support. Marshall was calm, understanding and very knowledgable about High Level and how we can make it fit with our organisation. He really did make an effort and could be the difference between us choosing High Level.

No API access during trial - very difficult to understand how we can fully integrate without this.

Document management could be more natively intuitive for businesses needing to print physical documents.

"Power packed features"

What do you like best about HighLevel?

Is by far the most affordable and feature-rich marketing automation and CRM combo available for coaches, consultants, and small businesses. It's so practical and easy to use, that I happily disregard some of the imperfections or things that other platforms do better. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Not as polished and mature as enterprise solutions like Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HighLevel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most of my clients are small businesses who would otherwise not use marketing automation features that save them land new customers while saving loads of time. Other solutions are far too costly and difficult to use. Even if they can afford them, they have to pay consultants to implement them. automation setups, email marketing, multi channel sales campaigns , project mamangement, lead collection and management, advanced customer management, product and payment processing.
