What do you like best about HighLevel?

I love the ability to resell the software like a SaaS product. Also, very helpful for our clients to have every feature we need for local businesses in one place. And my favorite thing has to be that they actually take feedback and listen to their users. I love the monthly and weekly live calls with the PMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

We dont have full control over our white labeled SaaS yet, but I think this is getting much better in 2025. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pretty good, few glitches here and there but overall pretty good"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Missed call text back feature does not and has not ever worked :( no matter how many tickets submitted it does not work. Also do not like the excessive fees for data storage, because of course over time the cost will increase to an unsustainable limit putting the business out of business its like an ever increasing rent increase of 5% to 10% on a commercial space, eventually the place will have to move or go out of business :=( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

Ease of use, leadership team. How often do you have the CEO of a major tech company get on a call with you? How about other C Suite leaders? Highlevel outclasses them all and I worked at a major Fortune 50 company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Speed of growth, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but when you grow as fast as they have there can be tech challenges. They certainly make up for it though in all they provide... it's just an insane amount of value for the actual hard cost they charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

It is all inclusive- includes about all of the basic technology anyone would need to run a business. Ties everything together -CRM, Website, Sales, Marketing and advertizing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I think the documentation could be better. In particular some sort of organized plan for implementation of some of the key components (ie a punch list to get your website and blog up and running). There are certainly plenty of details but without an overall road map things get depressingly overwhelming. I will say the the support is outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

I was able to cancel 5 subscriptions. I now am able to send emails, text, have a CRM, tag, and build automations to follow up like the big companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tech support, for my use case is rarely able to fix my issues without going to the next tier of support. Had to use outside vendor to build a few things and find workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

I like software organisation and automations potentials. It has great marketing tools implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

I do not like that I can not find Products attached to opportunity, that is the easiest way to track your orders/shipments.

Also, make options for translating in full Estimates and Invoices. Some coutnries has special rules, so customizing documents are very important functionality.

Task managment should be a little bit better. Add check list in task, it would add so much value to tasks. Also, allow Kanban Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
