What do you like best about Healee?

Healee really understands how complicated scheduling can get at our practice, and has made it easier for us and our patients. Patients can book different kinds of aesthetic procedures with different lengths and cadence, and reschedule on their own if necessary. For us, it's less work because all the information we need is collected when they book, and Healee is integrated with our medical software and patient portal. What do you dislike about Healee?

Introducing new scheduling software required an adjustment period for providers and clinical ops to become familiar with all features and capabilities of Healee. But that was a valuable investment in optimizing efficiency in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Healee solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our practice experienced rapid growth during the past 6 months and Healee accommodated this growth fast and seamlessly. We added new providers, users and patients and we didn’t experience any technical challenges, which was very important for us. Healee has great scheduling capabilities and great support. What do you like best about Healee?

Our medical group has two locations and over 120 providers and we have been using Healee for calendar management and patient self-scheduling for almost 5 years. The solution has all the capabilities a healthcare organization might need to efficiently manage capacity and optimize organizational resources - intuitive filter-based provider search and other self-scheduling workflows like visit prepayments or bank card guarantee. They can handle complex appointment types like group visits, recurring follow-up visits, virtual or home visits and accommodate different settings for appointment types, lengths, provider preferences and many others. What do you dislike about Healee?

We don’t have anything we dislike about Healee - in the years we have collaborated with the company to implement suggestions for new functionalities that were missing, but Healee’s team has always been very responsive and currently we are not missing any capabilities. For us Healee is solving a big challenge with managing providers availability and patient self-scheduling. We have complex requirements and preferences from providers, as well as patients, and Healee is helping us manage all that complexity through various settings and workflows that we use. What do you like best about Healee?

With Healee I can use different appointment types, lengths and care modalities. They have everything you might need for your mental health practice: patient scheduling, virtual care with group booking and video calls, custom intake forms, payments, etc. As an owner of a small mental health practice, it is also very important for me that Healee is integrated with our EHR. What do you dislike about Healee?

Inputting the settings and preferences for all providers in our practice in the scheduling module is required for the initial setup, but once it has been done, we can now enable complex workflows and save a lot of time and manual resources with patient intake and scheduling. What problems is Healee solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to accommodate growth in our practice without any effort on our side - we can add providers, acquire more patients, bookings and consultations and all services run smoothly. We were able to attract and retain a lot of new patients with Healee in a time of increased supply in the mental health segment. What do you like best about Healee?

As a medical doctor and an owner of a small medical practice specialized in orthopedics, what I like most about Healee is that it allows us to use only one tool for all of these: patient scheduling, centralized scheduling for the reception desk, virtual care (both for follow up of my patients and finding new patients), payments, e-prescribing and triage. What do you like best about Healee?

Healee is a very user-friendly software, and I always encourage my patients to use it to connect with me. I especially appreciate the possibility of configuring specific clinical workflows - my organization managed to develop a breast cancer clinical protocol within Healee, which is very helpful for my work as a surgeon and beneficial for my patients.
