What do you like best about headcount365?

What is great about the tool is that you are able to work on many different things and see an eagle eye's view when it comes to pipeline health, recruiting pod health, and if you recruiters are being loaded with the right amount of work.

What do you dislike about headcount365?

It is still in its inital stages of growth and working with some of the bugs sometimes is a new process, but there is such a good user interface that it is okay to deal with some of the bugs that inevitably come with any sort of implementation! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is headcount365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem that we have is multiple versions of different headcount planning excel documents and having one source of truth is really helpful for us to stay aligned as an organization and as a team. We are looking to grow strategically and that is one of the most important parts about running with a lean team, where you do not have multiple headcount to run recruiting operations and investing into tools. This tool was developed with that in mind and really solving for a hole in the industry. I usually have to make bespoke headcount planning sheets and this has taken the guesswork out of making sure we are recruiting with the end goal in mind - and making sure there is inisght into reporting that we can use for years to come. Recruiting forecasting is really important for us - and this data that we are collecting through the tool will be helpful for us as we recruit for years to come on optimizing for candidate flow, candidate market, and for making sure we are opening rquisitions with ample time. What do you like best about headcount365?

I have never experienced such a seamless intergration then I have with the headcount365 team. Whenever we encountered an issue or had questions, they were quick to respond and provided clear, actionable solutions. It’s reassuring to know we have reliable support when we need it. One of my favorite fetures is the flexibility to customize according to our specific needs. The software allows for tailored workflows, which has improved collaboration among different departments. What do you like best about headcount365?

Headcount365 has helped us to create a seamless for raising headcount for our company. From storing our hiring plan to hiring managers creating requests to financial / executive approves to reporting and system integrations - Headcount365 has it all! What do you dislike about headcount365?

We have had a few small bugs in the system but the team at HC365 is always so fast to investigate and fix - I think this will always happen when building complex tooling like this. No major complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is headcount365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Are biggest solution from HC365 has been for creating a more automated flow and easy to use system for our Hiring Managers to raise roles on plan/request new roles as well as approval flows of these roles. This all use to be rather manual for our team and relied heavily on spreadsheets for managers to gather all the information they needed.

It has also given us a lot more insight into our headcount planning through their reports and dashboard, allowing us to be a lot more strategy around when roles are raised, recruiter capacity, data hygiene, and so much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about headcount365?

What I find challenging is when I can’t locate a requisition or when a req unexpectedly reroutes back to the start of the approval process, causing delays and extra steps. These hiccups can be a bit frustrating. That said, overall, HC365 has really grown on me, and with its strong support and functionality, it’s proving to be a helpful tool in streamlining our workflow. What do you like best about headcount365?

Headcount365 solves a challenge I've faced in every organization; How do create a centralized source of information related to headcount requests?

At the end of it all, the best thing about it is never having to maintain a redundant spreadsheet that tracks open headcount and never having to reconcile those sheets against a managers tracker, finances tracker and HR's tracker! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about headcount365?

There are many advantages to using Headcount365. If you're stuck in a cycle of managing multiple spreadsheets to understand the source of truth of your company's hiring plan, you should consider implementing HC365. Since adoption, we've been able to increase our hiring leaders' visibility into their hiring plans, which unlocked a ton of value in understanding role prioritization, annualized (+in-year) headcount spend, and more.
