The cost is significantly higher than the competition. I do consider the service better, and I don't mind paying more for quality, however the difference is too great. I use the service, however all my employees use another because it would cost me 5x as much due to the limitations placed on monthly # of appointments. Not only was GoReminders easy to intergrate into the everyday workflow of our business it has increased our proficiency in reducing the amount of no-shows down to 0, yes no shows were 0, during our first month of launch. Definitely worth the investment. The team has been so helpful in setting up the dashboard for our company and tweaking minor things so that our productivity is maximized. We can't say enough good things about it and would highly recommend this service to any company in need of a more personalized constant-contact reminder service for their business.
