The support is excellent. Every time I use the live chat, I get a response within 5 minutes. We primarily use SimpleTexting through their API which we call from our CRM. API response time has improved significantly over the last year or two. The API is well documented and the option to create and manage webhooks through their dashboard is very convenient. The cost seems to be a bit higher than the competition, particularly for MMS. My biggest issue is that numbers seem to get marked as "Invalid" for no apparent reason. I understand that they need to comply with laws and stop requests, but we have had our own executive staff numbers randomly get marked as invalid. This causes them to miss critical communications and alerts. I have asked support about it a few times but I was never able to get a reasonable explanation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the things I like best about Simple Texting is the different plans available for SMS messaging. Our old SMS messaging provider decided to increase their rates, and unfortunately it turned out to be dealbreaker. We found Simple Texting and so far it has been the perfect solution for our needs. In our field of business demand fluctuates seasonally, for us its important to set up a monthly plan that will cover the average outgoing SMS amount. When we go over our plan, SimpleTexting charges a reasonable amount for extra SMS messages that are sent. Other key aspects of what I like is that set up and teaching my coworkers how to use SimpleTexting was easy. Our transition from one SMS messaging provider to another couldn't have gone any smoother. Simple texting also has many features that are very useful, like setting up templates, sending/receiving media, and shortening links. Customer support is easy to reach which also is a notable contrast from our old provider. Another key aspect that deserves mentioning is that we have not experienced any downtime thus far. We send a considerable amount of SMS messages everyday, and its great to work without any interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I've ran into is when we let go of a person, and I was changing passwords to the accounts that person uses I found out that changing loggin credentials does not log the person out of the account. So you would have to deactivate the account to fully prevent them from having access to it. We work from home, and some users are required to have their own PC to work from, it would be great if by changing passwords it could log people out of the account. The verification process and account setup was a breeze, with great support from the SimpleTexting team. Sales and troubleshooting is always quick and responsive. Delivery of messages is excellent, in over a million messages sent thus far, we've had a single campaign fail to deliver as expected. I wish there were more straightforward integrations for reporting instead of having to download CSV files. They do have an API endpoint available, but that means getting our developer involved and honestly, that violates my primary reason for using a tool like this, I need it to be transparently simple for a savvy but non-developer user. SimpleTexting gives us the ability to communicate with our clients quickly and easily, one-on-one or in mass text form. We have real time texting with them from a computer or smart phone. We can see what other users have sent. Texts are categorized by which user interacted with that client last. Simpletexting is used all day, every day by our office staff. Simpletexting was quick and easy to set up. They worked with our phone provider to get the necessary certifications to use our existing landline as a text line through them as well.
