I like that Textedly's interface is relatively easy to use. It allows me to see how the message is going to be displayed before it's sent, making communication more effective. I can both manually upload numbers and also let people text and opt-in, which adds flexibility. I really feel like a mobile interface would be helpful. Because of the way that we use Textedly, having an app would make everything easier to log in and send messages. I'm not always by my computer to log in. And with the two-factor identification to send out an emergency text, I have to go through the normal website and then log in to the email to verify that it's me to then send those emergency texts. I like the additional features of Textedly such as automated responses that can be scheduled during certain times, along with drip campaigns that allow for automated journeys. It's a bit of a process to get an account set up, mainly because it takes a few days to coordinate the custom phone number. This is mainly due to the reality of waiting on a third party to approve the number. A status notification on the dashboard could help alleviate any doubts about account setup. Everything is put together well to make it easier to text your employees. It's all step-by-step. And I like that there is no guessing. Then we can check to see if folks GOT the text. The follow-through is crucial to me. It lets me know that the message is received and we can at least know they were reminded even if they fail to show up for their training. Our employees depend on getting their texts for company information and training events. I really didn't think they would! So it's a big win for us all the way around. When employees leave our company, we cannot delete them from the database. If they come back, we can't re-activate them. They have to join on their own and that is just not a priority for them until they miss something important. It's incredibly easy to use and implement! I love the reporting capabilities, the messaging, the AI assistance with writing a message. What isn't there to love about the platform. There is only 1 "downfall" we have come across and that's the ease of our customers knowing how to opt back in to messages. When someone opts out while it does inform them of the "1st step" in opting back in (sending a message of unstop or start), it does not instruct them on the 2nd part of the process (sending a 2nd text of the company keyword). We need to reach out to customer outside of textedly to instruct them of this. I wish we could customize the opt out reply so that it could include that additional step. I love how Textedly is easy to use month to month, making it convenient without being a hassle. The billing process is uncomplicated, and I appreciate being able to bill month to month with an invoice that I can just send to the city, which simplifies what is normally a tedious process. I like that Textedly is efficient and easy to use. The platform view is great, and I'm able to quickly send messages to my guests, making event communication much smoother. The setup was very guided and quick. When I initially had issues uploading my contacts, the Textedly support team was very helpful and guided me through the process until it worked properly. I use Textedly to contact customers directly about marketing campaigns and updates for my small business. Textedly provides a direct contact to customers without having to solely rely on social media, and it adds a level of exclusivity because customers have to opt in. I love that it is easy to use and that it scales with my business as our customer base grows. I also like how easy it is to integrate my client list. It would be very tedious to enter each contact individually, so I love that I can just upload my list and Textedly updates it for me, including any overlapping contacts. It would be nice to be able to purchase texts in smaller batches than 500, as my company is still small and growing. I also wish that there was an app I could use from my phone to contact customers so I didn't have to log in to Textedly from a desktop just to respond back to customers. I really appreciate the ease of use that Textedly provides. It allows me to send flyers and pictures effectively, which is incredibly helpful. I also like that we can create different groups, like 'all staff' and 'field staff', and choose individual recipients for our communication. I use Textedly for in-person events because it solves the issue of communicating out to large groups. I like that it is easy to use, and the customer service reps are always top notch. The scheduling option for messages works great, and the ability to add media to messages is helpful.
