What do you like best about GoReminders?

We love GoReminders. We use it to send all of our customers a reminder of their delivery dates. Very easy to use. Stores names and numbers for future use. Saves us alot of time and phone calls, and is cost effective too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

Have not found anything we dont like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use to just schedule customers but not send a confirmation text or a reminder. We would get alot of phone calls asking about times and days if customers didn't write them down or forgot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy waycto remind patients that they have appointments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

Not being able to return a txt for free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

They could help me resolve problems if I could respond to patients text messages, rather than having to respond via my personal mobile. As far as I can see it cost me a premium to respond to text messages on Go Reminders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
