What do you like best about GReminders?

What I really like about GReminders is how flexible it is. The API options are robust, allowing me to easily connect it with other tools I use, which saves a ton of time. The ability to customize meeting reminders is a game changer since I can set them exactly how I need them freely. One of the best features for visiblity is how the meeting title automatically updates with whether the customer confirmed or denied, so I have direct visibility into each meeting without having to navigate anywhere else. What do you dislike about GReminders?

One thing I didn’t enjoy about GReminders was the overall user interface. It felt a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive as I’d hoped. I had a hard time finding some of the features, and it took longer than expected to get familiar with the layout. On top of that, the design itself wasn’t the most visually appealing—it just didn’t feel polished or modern compared to other tools I’ve used. I found myself spending more time navigating the system than I should have, which took away from the otherwise great functionality. This of course also negatively affected the amount of time it took to implement some of the less surface-level functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we were facing was confirmation from our potential customers about whether they were in fact going to be joining the meeting. As anyone in sales knows, a no show wastes a lot of time, and inhibits the ability to serve other customers. What do you like best about GReminders?

It integrates so well with Google Workspace. I get real life updated calendar changes when clients confirm or cancel sessions. I don't have to log into anything separate. I can also add notes to each session as needed instead of pulling up a different window. I works so well with all things google that I already use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

This has been invaluable in maximizing productivity and reducing cancelations with meetings. It allows me to link appointments to the invitee's calendars, emails, and texts. I use this daily for all of my business and some personal appointments. Whenever I've needed to speak with customer support they have always been very helpful, but I only need to reach out to them rarely because the app is easy to use and instructions are relatively very easy to follow when adjusting features. What do you dislike about GReminders?

It is frustrating to have to look up information that is repeatedly used for appointments in additional fields like phone numbers in the add description field and client addresses in the add location field. This is especially true when inputting one-time appointments versus repeated appointments from the same client. This is often used when rescheduling sessions or providing a special appointment to fit a special event or circumstance outside of the weekly appointment visit. I need to use more than 1 device to input clients' phone numbers and addresses I have not memorized that should be pulled from my contacts list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Greminders has drastically reduced the cancelation rate for my clients and has allowed me to compare and track when a client states there was no reminder compared to needing to troubleshoot on those occasions that information was accidentally input incorrectly. The appointment scheduling and color coding have allowed me to differentiate between one-time, repeat, business, and personal appointments at a glance. This tool works almost seamlessly with Google Calendars. The area where I struggle is the timely efficiency in entering client information. This information is NOT automatically pulled from my contact list like, for example, phone numbers and addresses when applying them to location and description fields. What do you like best about GReminders?

What do you like best about GReminders?

GReminders has been a helpful tool with communication to our clients and clinicians that we work with in our line of business. It has saved us great amounts of time, and effort when it comes to our busy schedules.

The best part is we get confirmation from our clients and also feedback. The system works for us with its automatic messaged that are sent out when programmed. Programming does not require much attention after you get it set up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first the programming was slightly difficult to understand however GReminders is very available for a Zoom video call to help us find a solution and work with us on any questions or concerns we had which we utilized often when making those custom changes to meet our needs. What do you like best about GReminders?

What I like the most is that GReminders has most of the needs my solo business requires. I can depend on GReminders to be operating without a hitch and I find its very supportive in different needs that I may have. Its very easy to set up especially with my Google business account and can be modified at any time. I use GReminders almost every day and find that it rarely has a problem. i love that greminders takes the friction and time out of manually sending confirmation emails and texts. its seriously one of the best tools that my team has implemented! i would reccommend to any org or team that schedules a ton of outbound meetings.
