What do you like best about GoReminders?

I love the fact I can interact and send thank you's after the work has been completed. I love the reliabilty that it provides. I have used other platforms before but majority of the time they wouldn't actually send anything out to my customers. It's a jump in price from my other platform but the benefits in reliability have far surpassed the expense portion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

The message template / sequences are taking a little time to navigate, but overall very impressed with things so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can schedule people up to 1 month out, I would have to call them several times to confirm that they remembered and were ready. GoReminders has taken over that role and even allowed them to confirm their appointments so I have it documented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

As a therapist one of the biggest challenges is scheduling. Go Reminders has taken out the guess work of attendance compliance. It's been a big weight off my shoulders.

While I don't modt of it's services and have only badic needs, I'm very happy with this service.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

The immediate reminder of an upcoming appointment is appreciated by my patients who often have not written down the next appointment time and by me.. as patients are primed for the appointment, arrive on time or are invariably available if we meet by Zoom.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

We were able to get up and running with GoReminders almost immeditaly. Using this app as a tool to communicate schedules with our customers has increased our productivity by nearly 35%. Before implementing, we would need to have someone call or text customers manually with a reminder or our arrival and often our techs would arrive a day or two later to the job, only to find no one is home and we would need to reschedule. What do you dislike about GoReminders?

Since you asked...it would be great there was an admin setting the user could select to not permit notices to be sent say between 8pm - 8am.

Our staff currently has downtime early a.m. (6-6:30am) to enter new reminders, which is in most cases not a convenient time for our customers to receive notices from us.

It would ideal if we could utilize this early morning downtime to enter the data for new reminders and schedule when the the reminders are texted and/or emailed to our customers when they are awake and more appreciative to receive a reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By utilizing GoReminders to send scheduled reminders to our customers, we have basically eliminated needing to reschedule jobs (we're flooring installers) due to no one being at home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

I like that it has an app which is really easy to use and works well gith a google calender. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

The colours are not able to be changed, as colours are important to me, as my brain processes different colours better. You can not have the same phone for multiple customers, which is an issue as many times parents supply their mobile numbers for their child's appointments. You can not use it this way, as in other ways, the reminders will send you multiple messages from the same number. I hope this makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
