What do you like best about GoReminders?

love the ease of scheduling, how user friendly the platform is, the awesome customer service and the response rate of the customer service team if I have a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

The only down fall of this system is when scheduling, if you select monthly repeat on an appointment it automatically goes to the date of the previouse appointment, not the day of the week. An option to choose either the date or day of the week would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that GoReminders is solving is scheduling issues and the notification that sends out an hour before the appointment has cut down on my employees wasting time driving to an appointment that forgot we were coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

I believe the best part about GoTeminders for me is its ability to motivate clientele to uphold their end of the business relationship. GoReminders have greatly decreased the amount of cancellations I once received. Very fascinating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

I do feel the possibility of sending a reminder to a client with the wrong message triggered is still pretty big. I believe some kind of intelligence or integration would be awesome if it could spot that the wrong message is triggered, for a selected client; especially if the reminder is set to be sent immediately. Like some kind of confirmation pop-up message would be awesome, if I unintentionally hit "send" for a reminder with the incorrect message triggered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

Since we started using GoReminders a few years ago, our cancellation rate has gone down significantly. Clients love getting the reminder of their appointment 2 days before. The feature of them being able to send a quick message through their text has helped incredibly, especially when it is before work hours. This program saves me an immense amount of time not having to call each client to confirm. Getting emails that clients have confirmed, rescheduled or cancelled is also a great feature as well as a reminder to us the day of the appointment. Being able to customize the text language to suit our needs and have many templates also saves a great deal of time. We highly recommend GoReminders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

I love their reminder features and how customizable they are. I have been able to minimize cancellation thanks to the reply back option. It is also quite easy to use and has so much potential. Customer support is always available and have asnwered countless questions promtply and have always solved any challenges I encounter with using the product. What do you dislike about GoReminders?

I'm probably being nit picky, but I wish you could pick specific colours for each team member. The app automatically picks colours but they are just different shades of the same colours and it's very hard to differentiate. Our tutoring center loves GoReminders to help parents know when they have an upcoming appointment or assessment for their students. It simple and easy to navigate. What do you like best about GoReminders?

The software is cloud based & easy to use. Once a client is entered into the system the information is saved for the next time you need it. We like that you can implement multiple reminders for the same appointment & customize the messages each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
