What do you like best about GoReminders?

My therapy clients find it very easy to book their own appointments with me. I think it empowers them. I know that sometimes it has prevented a no-show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

I like being able to ask Alexa to tell me upcoming appointments for the day. But when it reads my imported GoReminders appointments, it includes way too many fields. It takes forever to read aloud one appt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to make appointments recurring is perfect. I have different types of appts, like Zoom call, in person, subbing for someone else. So I make different versions of my name as if I'm different "Staff Members." Because of that, the appts show up in different colors on the calendar! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

Cuts down on no-shows, saves lots of busy work in chasing people down.

Very reliable and excellent customer service. The software is very easy to use. Customers appreciate the notice in advance and we like it because customers always forget but with GoReminders, they can cancel and reschedule with us. Worth every penny. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

I've been using go reminders for almost 3 years ,really like the ease of use and been a great help for my business.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

It would be good if we could send message as a business name or business land line number rather than virtual mobile number.

Most of the customer now Turing up on their appointment , I use to get losts of no showing up before .

What do you like best about GoReminders?

Our customers get reminders 3 days before, 1 day before with our address. Once we complete the job we send another to them letting them know it's ready for pick up. Our Team really likes it because it's user-friendly and customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

The simplicity! Hands down, GoReminders is so easy to use. We have a busy specialty veterinary practice with multiple locations. We use GoReminders to remind clients of their appointment time, communicate our contact info and address. We love how we can use the Message Sequences to customize our reminders schedule and have clients respond to confirm. GoReminders saves us literally hours of work time versus how we did things when we first opened our practice. In the early days, we contacted each client by phone a day or two before their appointment. As we grew busier, we sent clients custom emails that we wrote to remind/confirm appointments. Discovering and implementing GoReminders has been such a gamechanger for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

We love the "click to confirm" option -- however, we wish that it could be applied to a select/singular message within the "message sequence" of multiple reminders. Currently, my understanding is that it can only be applied to all or none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks so much for your review and for providing feedback about Message Sequences. I want to clarify that you can actually include custom confirmation instructions within Message Sequences! To do this go to the Reminder Settings page, under 'Confirm, Reschedule, and Cancellations' you will uncheck 'Add confirmation instructions to reminders.' and press 'Save'. Then, within the Reminder Templates you're using for the Message Sequence you can manually write in "Reply C to Confirm". What do you like best about GoReminders?

Customers are reminded a few times about there appointments! If they need to reschedule, an alert is sent and I am notified right away! I searched for other reminding programs and this seemed the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

Sometimes the Customer puts the appointment in their calendar and it doesn't always jive with our timeslot/ workflow as we are an auto repair facility. Perhaps if they were to remove the add to calendar feature for some clients it would be helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customers not showing up has always been somewhat of an issue for us. But now GoReminders takes the guesswork out of that and my customers are always reminded of the appointment that they schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

GoReminders has cut our last-minute appointment cancellations and at door reschedule requests down considerably. Our customers get an automatic reminder and can confirm, reschedule or cancel appointments directly from a text or email, PRIOR to our technicians arriving to their home and typically with enough advance notice that we may offer the appointment to another valued customer. It's made our day-to-day operations more efficient in the office because we no longer have to spend time physically calling, trying to confirm appointments, and hoping they call back. What do you dislike about GoReminders?

What do you like best about GoReminders?

This app has not only upped our professionalism to consumers but has saved us HOURS of no call/no shows or showing up to an appointment only to then request a rescheduled time. The app is super easy to use, takes seconds, and auto reminds all our clients a pre-determined amount of time, giving them the option to confirm, reschedule, or cancel. What do you like best about GoReminders?

What I like most about GoReminders is the fact that it will send out reminders 1 week before the scheduled appointments and another one the day before the appointment which saves me time in calling and emailing each appointment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike is the fact that sometimes I don't know when someone confirms, cancels, or needs to reschedule their appointment until I go on the website.
