I have not discovered anything I do not like as of yet. It is easy to use and simple. I wish there was an option to reschedule maybe even after they confirmed, because sometimes things come up last minute and even though our clients confirmed they cannot attend. Generally nothing. One feature that would make it more user friendly is the layout on the calendar. I schedule all of my customer's text reminders for the same time (8am) and so it's hard to see the customer details when there are like 30 appointments at the same time and the boxes get a little squished. GoReminders has increased the rate getting new customers through the front door by 30-40%. By not having to make calls every day, it saves the time and expense of at least one half-time employee. We were looking for a solution to automate the reminder process for our employee interviews, and after looking at several solutions we landed with GoReminders. This product does everything we want and is highly efficient to use. Our applicants receive a confirmation of their interview appointment, and subsequent reminders, all of which can be customized to your company. EVERYTHING. This is my daytimer. I use it to remind me of TO DO things as well as scheduling business appointments. It is the EASIEST and most inclusive calendar/scheduling tool I have ever used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Absolutely Nothing. It does just what it says it will do... and more.... I've never had an issue or any problems with it as it is all inclusive. I'd love it to be the appointment scheduler AND daytimer combined for everyone... just as it is for me..... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
