What do you like best about GoReminders?

Patients look for their text appointments and actually request them when they don't get one. Patients love the convenience of having it on their mobil phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

What is not helpful is not having the ability to text the patient back within the app/ program that I subscribe to which should be included in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is preventing no-shows at our office. It also lets us know that the patient confirmed their appointment which helps us fill in the gaps in our daily schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

So incredibly easy to use. Super customizable and professional. I was concerned about why people were not showing up to meetings and how I could decrease the no shows. GoReminders did this for me in spades! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

Everything that I dislike is caused by user error. So far, everything this software offers is spot on; I just have to pay better attention to what I am doing. There may be some tweaking on the calendar front as far as integration with Google calendars (appointments showing up double). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoReminders has allowed me to appear as not just another solicitor or salesman when I agree to a call back or meeting to a cold/warm call. What do you like best about GoReminders?

I love the ability to send reminders to my clients. Beyond that, the ability to text messages to my clients is excellent. Many of my clients do not have regular cell service and with the messaging option, I can text and not use my personal cell to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

I have not found anything I dislike about the service except maybe the price. It is a increased expense for our nonprofit as each employee has their schedule and we pay the monthly fee for each. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

Easy to use. The calendar is my favorite part. Also, the repeat appointment setting helps me a lot. When a phone number is not valid you will receive an email that the message was not received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

Being able to get immediate notifications, as well as the sales force, when customers need to reschedule. Also like, as well as the General Manager does, that customers get reminders as some of us humans are forgetful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to key the customers name in somewhere to see immediately where they are scheduled or rescheduled so that I don't have to search for them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoReminders?

We like the ability to set automatic reminders when scheduling appointments. The current software we use does not have that capability. GoReminders has saved us time and helped our patients keep their appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
