Everything that I dislike is caused by user error. So far, everything this software offers is spot on; I just have to pay better attention to what I am doing. There may be some tweaking on the calendar front as far as integration with Google calendars (appointments showing up double). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the ability to send reminders to my clients. Beyond that, the ability to text messages to my clients is excellent. Many of my clients do not have regular cell service and with the messaging option, I can text and not use my personal cell to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to get immediate notifications, as well as the sales force, when customers need to reschedule. Also like, as well as the General Manager does, that customers get reminders as some of us humans are forgetful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
