I love all the features they have, i use it mostly for scheduling clients doctors appointments, once i put the clients name and contact info in, it is stored so i dont have to keep entering it. I also use it to send clients a request to leave us a google review and go reminders had made it easy with their prompts, that way we can weed out the negative reviews if we were ever given one. maybe the only thing I would ike if it was intrgrated with software we use for automotive and when we get confirmed estimates there was a way to intrrgate the third party progrma. The company we use has tons os intrgations but bot a staright appt app like goreminders. They use a internal appt calender but it does not intrgrate to your phone so for us mobile people it doesnt work.
