I have been asking go reminders to add an import/export option for locations for over a year, and all I get are apologies from the support team, no useful functionality has been added for my needs. The import export customers feature is crap; It just appends the list you upload to the existing customer list, you have to go into each customer individually to update or delete them, and it will take 4 clicks per customer to upodate. I have asked the support team to do a bulk deletion, but it seems that nobody is aware of how to accomplish this. The support team takes ten minutes to reply to each message you send, it feels like i am wasting my whole day on the goreminders website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been a GoReminders client for coming up on seven years. What began as a small business has grown alongside my small business. It has helped to increase revenue by reminding individuals to place orders for the services I provide when it comes to fresh, Chef prepared meals. I tried another service that made numerous promises as to being better than GoReminders but in less than a month, I dropped that service and was welcomed back with open arms to GoReminders. Their customer service is by far some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I don't plan on using any other service as it relates to this part of my business. I've been using GoReminders for years in my business, which has a staff of 20 employees. I love its ability to send automatic text reminders and even let you text clients directly from the app using a special number—perfect for those who don't respond to unfamiliar calls or voicemails. It's not easy to see which staff members are available when a walk-in comes in—you have to check each one individually instead of viewing all open slots on a single page. Managing duplicate customer records is also challenging; with thousands of customers, it's nearly impossible to manually delete duplicates. A notification feature to flag duplicates would be helpful. The text blast feature could use some fine-tuning, and an auto-correct option for entering client names or notes would be a great addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
GoReminders is very helpful for scheduling mulitple musicians and multiple venues for gigs. I set the musicians up as "customers" in the app, and all musicians receive texts about upcoming gigs to confirm or reschedule. I also have it set to remind them 24 hours before to eliminate no-shows, double-booking, etc. It has been a great tool to help manage dozens of gigs! It's also been handy to set everything up on the computer, but I also adjust gigs/appts. right on my phone in the app, which is very user friendly. Another thing I appreciate is the customer support! I wish there was an option to send one text to each musician/customer that included ALL of their dates for the month--instead of several individual texts. Of course, there are upsides to the individual texts, but I would love to see an option to click on a musician/customer and send them one, weekly reminder text of all upcoming gigs. I thought I was only getting an app that would send my clients a text or email reminder about their upcoming appointments. But I am getting SO much more! This app has reduced my need to do the extras I was doing by more than 1/2 saving me time and money. Their team is great at answering my questions and helping me. I like how convenient the app is and how great it is to have all of our customers and a list for setting up appointments and sending reminders for each appointment and anytime we need to message them or send any type of annual reminder. I would like to have an option to set up annual reminders for each customer without having to set an appointment to do so. I would like to have the option to just send out yearly appointment reminders at any time right now it only lets you set a yearly reminder Within 12 months, but it won't set for every year. What i like best is the reminder has our address and appt time and i can even send a text note if i need to, But most of all we have it set up for them to send us a Review after they meet with us or after we close there cause if the review is good we foward to google if it was a bad review we try to address it and fix it before it becomes a problem. I really liked that I was able to use this system right away. Other systems I was looking at required at least a one hour zoom meeting tutorial that had me thinking where I would find the time for that. Not only was I able to start making appointments right away but they also offered me a free 1hr zoom tutorial in order to learn everything that the program has to offer. It lets you customize your greeting and I love that it stores each client's name and number so you don't have to repeatedly enter it once you've added it to the calendar. I like that it provides a calendar as well for all of your appointments. You can adjust the frequency of reminders and it has made making appointments a breeze. I absolutely love this program! It's definitely worth the price (which really isn't that expensive) and has helped us alot as far as knowing when people will come to the appointment or if they can't come and it gives us a chance to give someone else the time slot. I would definitely recommend this program to any office !! Customer service is quick at responding to any issues and the program itself is very user friendly. GoReminders has helped my business is many ways. It is so easy to use. Keeping track of my appointments this way has created a better customer relationship. Being able to communicate through the app with my client is priceless. It definately makes running my business less stressful. I rarely ever have no shows since using GoReminders. The new feature of accepting payments thru the app is amazing and has increased receiving my consultation fee payments. Being able to create a customer profile and keep notes on a client has helped in remembering details about the person that we might have otherwise overlooked. GoReminders customer service in top tier. I am truly so grateful for how quickly a response to an email or the in app contact button. It seriously makes me feel like I am their only client! Lastly, I appreciate how open they are to suggestions and ideas and are always looking for ways to make their app better. I love that it helps our organization expand its communication methods with our participants. Having the ability to create groups is great. The Calendar is particularly phenomenal, and works very well with what we do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not particularly like how short the messages are, and that we can't add any media to it, like a picture. It would be beneficial for our organization to be able to send via blasts a particular flier or even advertisement, especiallt since you have such limited characters on the message space. I would also like to be able to add people to a Group directly, particularly a new customer, without having to utilize the Add a Customer Tab because it creates an extra step that could be avoided. Sometimes the Search a Group tab while sending a blasts doesn't show All the options, especially if you have similar group names with 2-3 distinctions. Additonally, it would be great to have a link option for blasts or calendars. Especially since links that too much message space, having a separate link or ability to shorten it while using your platform would be an added bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
