Ease of use and clean look. I'm the administrator for my company's GoCo account and it's super easy to get new employees onboarded and enrolled in benefits. We were using digital e-forms for benefits enrollments and I'm so glad to have an automated system for employees to elect insurance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only drawback is that (as of now) it doesn't sync with our payroll platform (Gusto) directly. It DOES have a helpful workaround in the payroll checklist that reminds me what needs to be updated and I can mark off what I've adjusted to make sure the changes are entered! From the sales/marketing inital meetings, to the ease of implementation, to the amazing continunig support crew, GoCo employees and its software are helpful, friendly, thorough, easy, and fun! In my experience using GoCo, I really like how easy it is to clock in and out using my phone or my computer it just takes a couple of seconds. Everything I need to help me do my work is right there in the workflow section, like submit an invoice or upload a PO order or just order myself new work shirts. GoCo is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. The interface is visually appealing and natural to work through; the placement of the menu and the design of the pages makes it both comfortable and sensible.
When testing different products to choose from, GoCo was by far the best option sampled; the most comprehensive, very succinct, and was an easy first choice.
Workflows are smooth to transition and progress through, and documents are easy to assemble, sign, and task.
