We like so many aspects of BIC.
• The most modern an easy-to-use interface that reduces training effort and allows for outstanding user acceptance by BPM & Non-BPM experts
• The ease of use of use to create business process flow charts via quick-modeler, table-based modeler and drag and drop
• The process governance workflows for process review and approval: email notification, resubmission workflows, versioning, archiving, model comparison, working/ preview and publication environment
• The collaboration portal for the end user enables non-experts to view processes, comment processes, create dedicated dashboards, print, search, navigate.
• Process Execution capabilities automatically generate executable workflows. Users are guided through processes with digital checklists and directly execute their tasks in the system
• Integration capabilities for Single-Sign-On, ERP & EAM integration, RESP API connectivity…

Having more options to design not only flow charts, but also a variety of other processes as well as standard charts. When create a new process or chart, sometimes you need to take a step back and see the big pictures before jumping in. I compared this to Lucidchart where both had their own pros and cons, but ended up siding with BIC due to being more complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation phase is easy to start because it involves an advisor who guides you through the entire platform in a very intelligent way, giving a perfect explanation. Afterwards, when I used it, it seemed very easy to use and I did not need any further training. It has helped me automate processes that are repetitive tasks and helps reduce time by being able to automate. It allows for better planning of the execution of the workflow. The user-friendly interface makes navigation easy, allowing our colleagues in more than 50 worldwide locations to efficiently manage and visualize our more than 600 processes and more than 8000 documents (global and local). In general, there are only punctual functionalities missing.
- Invalidation of documents (the archiving process of them is extremely painful)
- The versioning needs improvement and a split between versions due to workflow release or objects updates.

BIC is a very powerful tool aiding companies to digitalize internal processes. Especially companies which are not certified and which do not have implemented classical structures for their processes, can easily start breating their own organisational structures by just bringing their internal knowlegde to "paper" from the scratch.
In less than a month, we had a Basis for our process landscapes leading to a huge step forward into clear and structured processes. The Customer support and the trainings were extremly helpful.

I've been using BIC for almost 3 years now and think it's a fantastic tool with extensive functionality and is easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is that sometimes the formatting doesn't align and has to be adjusted manually. Would be great if it could snap to grid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
