**Reviewed by:** Valerie D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like that Nintex is a no-code solution, which means I don't need to be a developer to use it. I can easily drag elements and tell the AI assistant what needs to be done, and it will make suggestions for me. This makes it easy for anyone to build a form or workflow, improving our productivity as a company. It helps automate our processes via forms and workflows, reducing our process cycle time and improving data consistency.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

It's not always perfect. Discovering issues can be difficult as error messages are misleading.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Nintex to automate processes with forms and workflows, reducing process cycle time and improving data consistency. It enhances our productivity as a company and is a no-code solution, allowing anyone to build forms or workflows, especially with the AI assistant's help.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex is one the tool that our organization has added into our business operations and I can say it's the best automation tool that I had worked on, It has a seam less integration with Sharepoint and other Microsoft applications that results in a faster workflows development for our team.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Some time the query a list and update items action fails in nintex while performing or executing the workflows.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The faster development of business processes and integration with sharepoint and outsystems for testing purpose as well.
We used sharepoint connector to connect to SP sites and that is most beneficial for us.

  ### 3. Super Intuitive Workflows and Forms—Nintex Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex is super easy and very intuitive to use. We have been able to implement multiple features without any issues. There are so many from forms development, workflow development, and the Nintex Gateway -- all have gone off without a hitch. We're generally using Nintex at least once or twice per week. Their support team has been great too!

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There are afew restrictions with the licenses such as the limit on PDF documents we can print in a month. Otherwise, we all love using Nintex, especially for workflows as it's so much easier than other products we've looked at.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us to automate business processes in such an easy and intuitive fashion. Non programmers and programmers alike are able to get things done with almost no code needed.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Nintex! We're glad to hear that you've been able to implement multiple features without any issues and that our support team has been great. We'll take your feedback about license restrictions into consideration.

  ### 4. The most complete roadmap to start Process Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julio M. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex has the most comprehensive and complete professional roadmap for planning successful process automation with a strong emphasis on the first phase which is the digitalization of processes using Nintex promapp in a collaborative way.
The digitalization app process manager (promapp) is user-friendly and enables greater control and visibility of the most critical processes in the organization.
Nintex suite apps are easy of implementation because they are based on cloud enviroment allowing you to start using them rightaway, through an annual subscription, you can build intelligent flows and RPA without code in automation cloud app.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Currently, Nintex does not support multiple languages and its susbcriptions are aimed to large companies with a huge volumes of critical processes, making this solution expensive or oversized for some customers.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex allows organizations to regain visibility and control over the most critical processes at a digital level and suscessfully implement automation, resulting and optimized operational productivity and a return of investment.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Nintex. We're glad to hear that our emphasis on digitalization and the collaborative nature of promapp has provided greater control and visibility for your organization's critical processes.

  ### 5. Powerful low-code platform for workflow and process automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashish S. | Associate Director, Group Operations, Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex makes it easy to design and automate business workflows without heavy coding. The drag-and-drop interface, strong approval workflows, and document automation capabilities help standardize processes and reduce manual effort across teams. It’s flexible enough to handle both simple and complex processes.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Some advanced features require time to fully understand, and complex workflows can become difficult to manage without proper governance. Performance can also depend on the underlying platform, and licensing costs may feel high for smaller teams. Better out-of-the-box templates would help speed up adoption.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex solves the problem of manual, fragmented, and inconsistent business processes by enabling workflow and document automation. This reduces turnaround time, minimizes errors, and improves process visibility. For me, it has helped increase operational efficiency, improve compliance, and free up teams to focus on higher-value work.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Nintex easy to use and flexible for both simple and complex processes. Our drag-and-drop interface and strong approval workflows are designed to streamline business operations.

  ### 6. Simplifies Process Management with Unpredictable Performance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like how Nintex simplifies process flows on a high level while still allowing for detailed views when needed. I appreciate the way different modules connect to each other. The initial setup was easy and intuitive, which I found beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Performance is unpredictable. Pages often hang when loading. This is a big annoyance and impacts how users broadly rate the system.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex helps with visualizing processes and creating a shared, enterprise-wide view, enabling process optimization. It simplifies process flows, allowing for details when needed, and connects different modules seamlessly.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

  ### 7. Nintex is an easy to learn solution for Workflows and Forms!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Easy to learn. Great functionality in combination with SharePoint O365,, and it has become a lot easier to debug O365 issues in the last years. Most processes are easy to automate with forms and workflows.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

It mostly invests in its own platform, I don't see that many updates on their O365 version. Microsoft had some issues in the last months Nintex wasn't that fast in announcing those on the service status page.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

It works well and is easy to use. I would definitely recommend the Nintex Platform.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automate bulk processes, and we created a lot of different workflows and forms for all kinds of work.

  ### 8. Reliable Automation Tool with Strong Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ganesh S. | RD manager, Chemicals, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like how easy it is to automate routine tasks with Nintex. The platform speeds up approvals and gives a clear view of where processes stand.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

While it’s powerful, setting up complex workflows can be tricky. The cost is on the higher side, especially for smaller teams.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform helps us automate routine work that was previously manual and slow. As a result, turnaround times are much faster and our team can focus on higher-value tasks.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Nintex. We're glad to hear that our platform is easy to use and enables you to have quicker turnaround times. Nintex's goal is to help teams unlock efficiency and allow them to focus on higher-value tasks!

  ### 9. Great automation. Smooth transition.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

It has user-friendly tools that make your automation process a lot easier. When I meant by user-friendly I referred to no-code and drag-drop options. This can come handy for less technical or non-technical people.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Monitoring of compliance process can be improved further.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex fixes the problem of slow, manual business processes by giving you a no-code automation platform that speeds up workflows, cuts down on mistakes, and boosts productivity.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Nintex! Our platform is designed with business and IT users in mind, so we're glad to hear that ease-of-use is a top benefit.

  ### 10. Nintex transformed our chaotic data submissions into a predictable, smooth pipeline

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The most noteworthy thing is the adaptability of Nintex with our very volatile facilities requests including the most outlandish that touch on several services. It has an easy to use visual workflow editor that enables a non technical manager to tell where a request is stagnated, therefore creating accountability between different teams. Besides, the defending audit trail of each form entry provides us with priceless data concerning compliance report and incident analysis.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Mobile experience with our field team is slightly cumbersome at times and it does not always fit small screens very well, when one wholesomely wishes to submit complex information in a minimum amount of time. Also, the mechanism of working with major versions of workflow in the designer would also benefit with having a more comprehensive history log of the changes done, so that it is more difficult to roll back a certain minor change.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A series of losely connected email chains and phone conversations comprised our university facilities management in terms of incident response and allocation of resources to varied departments. We did not have an apparent control on urgent needs such as a broken pipe or a spontaneous event set up where security and grounds teams have to confirm. Nintex has changed this confusion by creating a one and very transparent system where each area of emergency repair or a big event request is recorded. We now enjoy 100 percent visibility/accountability through to the ultimate resolution and this has greatly reduced response times on critical campus activities.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad Nintex has helped bring clarity, accountability, and speed to your facilities management processes. We appreciate your feedback on mobile and workflow version history — our product teams are always working to improve. It’s great to know Nintex is making a real difference for your team.

  ### 11. Nintex is easy, straight forward, and intuitive enough that anyone can pick it up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I need to use Nintex 2-3 times per month and love how easy it is to use. The workflow action names make sense, the Workflow Cloud version can help users automate and implement almost any basic business process, and we've had non-codes pick up and start using Nintex forms within such a short period of time with minimal assistance it's been great. Their customer support is fabulous too!

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sometimes Nintex releases updates that breaks everything; they're not very flexible with their licensing terms.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AUtomating common business processes and procedures for clients.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad to hear Nintex has been easy for your team to adopt and that our customer support has been a strong resource. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding updates and licensing. Input like this helps us improve both our product and customer experience. We’re committed to ensuring Nintex continues to be intuitive, powerful, and reliable for all users.

  ### 12. Nintex drives process improvement and automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie V. | Senior Sharepoint Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I love the ease of use and how you can improve processes while automating many manual steps.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

A few functions that exist in K2 and the old Designer do not handle logic the same way.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex is helping us solve problems around manual, time-consuming processes and the lack of visibility in our workflows. Before automation, teams were relying on email chains, spreadsheets, and ad-hoc tracking, which often led to delays, errors, and missed approvals.

By using Nintex Workflows and Forms in SharePoint 2019, we’ve been able to automate end-to-end processes such as Manufacturing Material Requests, Vendor Management, and Engineering Build Requests. This has eliminated duplicate data entry, ensured that approvals follow the right matrix automatically, and provided clear audit trails for compliance.

The benefit has been significant: faster cycle times, measurable time savings (over 1,300 hours a year in some cases), and improved accuracy in how information flows between departments. Nintex also makes it easier to adapt quickly to new requirements — instead of waiting for custom development, we can configure new rules, logic, or notifications within days. Overall, it has increased efficiency, reduced risk, and given staff more confidence in the systems they rely on every day.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you, Jamie, for the review! We’re glad Nintex is helping streamline manual processes and bring visibility to your workflows. It’s great to hear that automation has reduced errors, improved approval routing, and delivered meaningful time savings for your team. We appreciate the feedback on logic differences as well; insights like this help us continue improving the platform. Thanks again for sharing your experience!

  ### 13. Achieve workflow nirvana with this reliable automation solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark M. | Process Efficiency Analyst, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex has completely changed the game for automating our business processes. The powerful and easy to use workflow automation feature is really strong. It has saved us countless hours from this front, and we were able to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry and approval process. Moreover, their forms and app features have helped us in developing custom forms that can be filled and sent from anywhere, which has made it simpler for us to take information from the field.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Nintex is a good tool, but there are improvements. First, for smaller businesses the pricing tends to be a bit steep. Also, though the workflow automation feature is mighty, it can be whiteout frightening for new users. In fact, we have had a couple of occasions where we spent way more time trying to work out exactly how to set up a given workflow when we could have really just done it.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team experienced slow and inconsistent manual processes until Nintex came into our work. Our approval system demanded numerous signatures which slowed overall approval time to several days. By implementing Nintex systems we now deliver a quick result in this process. Our team uses Nintex to perform automatic data entry work that reduces mistakes and permits faster operations. Their solution enables us to perform our workflows faster without errors which lets us direct our attention towards our main business operations.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Hi Mark! Thank you for this valuable feedback. Creating nirvana for our customers is the goal! Thank you for letting us know about areas of improvement - this feedback is helpful as we continue to improve our platform.

The integration with other tools and platforms is also super smooth. Whether I need to pull data from Salesforce or other systems, Skuid makes it feel seamless. Overall, it empowers me to bring my ideas to life quickly and efficiently, which is why I love using it!

Managing data across different platforms used to be a headache, but with Skuid’s seamless integration, I can pull in the data I need and display it in a way that makes sense for my users, all without complicated syncing processes.

  ### 20. An excellent, low-code electronic form and workflow automation tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex Process Platform provides a fully featured, flexible set of tools to create both dynamic electronic forms, for use both inside and outside your organisation, as well as fully featured workflow automation platform.
The tool and interface provides a low-code solution with a shallow learning curve for getting citizen developers and non-IT users quickly upskilled to create simple solutions. For experienced users, advanced features and functions exist allowing greater flexibility to create bespoke workflow actions; create your own connectors to external systems and APIs; apply CSS styling; and incorporate more advanced functions into forms and workflows.
As a cloud based platform, implementation and integration with existing systems is very easy: built in 'connectors' simplify the process of connecting to other services without the need to detailed API configuration knowledge. For users of Microsoft Active Directory, Federation allows SSO and access management for internal users.
Finally, Nintex Customer support both through online learning, documentaion, Admin portals and community support is excellent. When it is necessray to contact technical support, responses are usually fast and to the point.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

For some data transformation type tasks such as parsing CSV files and bulk data manipulation tasks Nintex Process Platform is not the best solution. Where speed of execution across multiple-thousands of data rows is concerned, there are better tools.
And from a form/app interface point of view, with ease of use and low code there is always a trade off with flexibility and degree to which interfaces can be customised. Other tools provide greater flexibility in designing forms/app-like interfaces allowing denser and more customised interfaces, but usually at the expense of ease of use or a steeper learning curve.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Electronic forms for a mobile workforce, the majority of whom access services via iPad
- Offline capability for mobile workers outside of wi-fi range
- Allows us to develop both internal (authenticated user) and external facing (anyone) forms
- Allows automated, scheduled jobs that process and move data - from a range of every 5min to once a month
- Allows the development of corporate system solutions: automated Procurement and Contract management process; Group Risk risk register and risk recording and management; Loyalty Management Campaign builder and management; HR employment candidate to new hire system.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback on Nintex. We're glad to hear that the platform has been beneficial for your organization in creating electronic forms for a mobile workforce, enabling offline capability for mobile workers, and automating scheduled data processing tasks. We appreciate your insights on the areas where Nintex could improve, and we'll take your feedback into consideration for future enhancements.

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Strong platform for mapping processes, relatively easy to use and manage.
Has good workflows for managing approvals and renewals.
The Nintex team are progressing well through a roadmap of improvements and welcome the feedback of users.
Customer support is very good.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The Improvements module is quite good functionally but doesn't scale well on mobile.
A the time of this review the reporting API doesn't include the risk module (although this is meant to be remedied in the next few months)
While the interface is relatively intuitive, it does look a little dated.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main focus on the platform at this time is process mapping, having all our processes in one system/location. And risk management, our corporate risks and HSQE are managed through process manager.

  ### 23. Excellent platform for UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Satish K. | Network Operations Center Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

platform that allows users to build custom user interfaces (UIs) for business applications without the need for extensive coding.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

There is nothing dislikes according to me

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skuid solves the problem of creating custom, user-friendly interfaces without heavy coding, enhancing user experience across applications. Nintex automates and optimizes business processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Nintex to be an excellent platform for building custom UIs without extensive coding. Thank you for sharing your positive experience!

  ### 24. Amazing tool to simplify processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy F. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex has quickly become a fan favorite at our company. We utilized the application to improve the efficiency of numerous procedures and workflows. It is simple for end users, and the dashboard provides an appealing visual and data for the submitted instances. The options and possibilities are truly limitless, and it has saved time for many of our teams.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Its endless possibilities and possibilities can sometimes be a disadvantage. Certain features can be difficult to understand, especially if you have never used them before or have not used them in a long time. There is, however, plenty of help and training available to you along the road.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is used to solve processes that either do not have a set workflow or have a manual workflow. It saves us time, and thus money. It also aids in keeping workflows organized and end users informed throughout the process. There is no more wondering about where a request is or what stage it is in.

  ### 25. Nintex Promapp Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arpan J. | Senior Business Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Interface: Nintex Promapp offers user-friendly and intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop process mapping and editing make it accessible for even someone without technica background unlike other peers. I have hardly done a session or two with the business to make them understand the platform. Stakeholders can create and update process maps with clear steps, roles, and responsibilities. Collaboration and Feedback:
It allows for feedback and comments on process maps, making it easy for team members to suggest improvements or report issues within a process. Nintex is known for its strong customer support and training resources. We used to typically find the company responsive to our needs, providing assistance with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
lastly, it provides version control and user can switch back to revious versions which allows us an easy audit trail.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I would like to see more advanced analytics, workflow automation features and more integration capabilities

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides real-time visibility and tracking of processes, offering insights into the status of tasks and activities. It supports compliance efforts by providing audit trails, version control, and standardized documentation. This helps organizations meet regulatory requirements and reduce compliance risks. It provides collaborative features, such as task assignments, comments, and feedback mechanisms. It offers standardized process documentation and onboarding workflows, making it easier to train new employees and ensure consistent practices. Lastly, it allows me to save the document in different formats like Pdf, word docu and so on.

  ### 26. Integrated low code process mapping and automation superstar

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like how easy the system is to use. We have people here with zero technical background mapping processes and creating automation workflows because it's so simple to just drag and drop and create what you need. for the more technical among us the connectors to other systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint mean we can integrate across multiple platforms seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

At the moment the only thing I don't like is that they use some workflow automation across different systems but only some integrate with each other. For example, you can use RPA or NWC to kick off processes but it's not linked to Promapp for some reason. It would be worthwhile to allow Promapp to kick off NWC as

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

This will be one of the best ROI's you will see in any new system. Just the savings on the developer hourly rate is huge, never mind the extra productivity and saving in time from the system itself. I would have a look at all of their modules and see what you may need. We made the mistake of doing it piecemeal when we should have done all 4 components at once. If you are wasting time on processes, paper forms, and manual workflows this is the tool you need.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No process mapping, drowning in paper. fully coded workflows that were a nightmare to change. so now we can add and update workflows easily. We can integrate with SharePoint, salesforce and others easily. We can send new starters to Promapp and they have a repository of easy-to-follow processes.

  ### 27. Easy to learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Anyone can pick up the basic use cases (i.e., create a process) reasonably quickly as the app is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I don't feel I use it at the level where I would begin finding anything I really disliked about the platform itself.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it is solving for my enterprise is not having a common language between system > ITS > Business Owner > End users.

Each of those groups have different preferences for different reasons (i.e., I've been using Visio at a (I like to think) high level for a while and it does everything I need it to) and at the other end of things an end user might use a whiteboard to visualise a process for a few minutes only. Having Nintext in place across the Enterprise means everyone uses one tool only and everyone speaks the same language.

  ### 28. Great way to document and improve processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like that it gives us a visual component to view our processes. The platform allows us to document our current state so that everyone can be on the same page, but it also allows us to improve within those areas. It's easy to share process links with other people and they don't hav to be users and we can automate reviews so we don't have to rememebr to go back and look at potentially out of date workflows.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Sometimes when we have a "but it kind of depends" situation it can get difficult to document but I don't know that it's a Nintex issue, it might just be pointing out that we have some work to do while documenting.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documenting current state so see who owns what part of a process.

  ### 29. Good UX toolkit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddhartha S. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nice UX toolkit for customization, we can customize.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

didn't found anything, if we learn one time, it'll be easy to use.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped in customizing UX, kinda toolkit.

**Official Response from Tommy Morgan:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Nintex! We're thrilled to hear that you find our UX toolkit easy to customize and use. It's great to know that Nintex has been beneficial in helping you customize your user experience effectively. If you ever have any questions or need further assistance with Nintex, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to support you every step of the way.

  ### 30. Nintex Process Platform is changing how we work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

We have been able to utilitize the Nintex Process Platform to serve both process owners and the people doing the work. Workflow Cloud brought a new level of capability that our other software was missing the mark on.

We are excited for the new features on the roadmap that have the potential for us to stop paying for another vendor's solution and would have it all integrated into the Nintex Process Platform.

Staff love the presentation of the tasks and notes and capability to attach documents, screenshots and video.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

We wish that the BPMN mapping was integrated into Process Manager better.

The learning curve was steep for staff learning how to get it to fit to the process they are mapping.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of work instructions and documents on an intranet site that doesn't make it easy to search for things, to see when things are out of date and who owns a process.

Creating these process maps with the tasks built in and being able to assign by role, staff will be able to see what processes they are involved in and how to do the work.

  ### 31. Great platform with a focus on improvements and new offerings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The platform is constantly improving and refining current products while also focusing on new solutions that integrate and amplify the benefit across existing product line.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Some of the updates or improvements that the community can provide them sounds like great features, but it can be based on votes from the community to gain traction and that seems hit or miss, or a way larger groups can game the system for visibility.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized resposity for the entire enterprise. Acts as a single source of truth for process details instead of 4 different visio map versions that only that department knows exists.

  ### 32. Automation made easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex has made automating tedious tasks very easy for my team and I The number of features are very helpful and the ease of integration is great.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The only thing I can say is that as the platform evolved from on prem to 365, some pertinent features have been deprecated. Not sure why, but it would be good if they would add features instead of taking them away.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating approval processes that were being done manually in the past.

  ### 33. This is a good product but a little expensive.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Easy of use with less or no code. Can build a simple workflow and a form within a short time compare with the other third-party tools used in SharePoint Online.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The software is a little pricey. The technical support is not quite helpful. It is difficult to build a complex workflow because Nintex's features do not support those complex logic.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

This is a nice tool that you can use to build a simple workflow in a short time. You may face difficulty when building the complex workflow due to the lack of features/functions you are looking for.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving Lotus Notes applications to the SharePoint Online platform is somewhat hectic. Nintex Process Platform was selected to build the business applications in SharePoint Online so that we can retire Lotus Notes applications and its server. Nintex is very useful to complete developing multiple business applications in SharePoint within a short period to meet our deadline.

  ### 34. Complete Electronic Document Solution !

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Momen E. | SF Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex helps acheive many things for our organization. We use it for multiple purposes including document generation in mass, and for creating multiple templates for use.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Not many things I would say that I dislike. If I had to mention one thing it would be that you can no longer use the document package through classic, you must use lightening. You can create it on classic however many components are done in lightening.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us solve many problems for example the bundleing of many different documents and pdfs into a singular document. This saved us alot of time and storage space as it is all handled efficiently!

  ### 35. Process Transformation - Using Nintex Process Manager & Nintex Automation Cloud

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santhosh R. | Head of Process Intelligence & Automation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

The Process Manager is unique in that you simply type in the procedure, and the tool automatically generates the mapping for you, seamlessly integrating processes across the organization and linking them together. I appreciate its ability to capture a comprehensive 360-degree view of the processes, encompassing the RACI matrix, costing, active and wait times, and more.

Nintex Automation Cloud offers a no-code approach to developing powerful forms with ease. Its built-in functionality allows for the creation of paginated forms, anonymous forms (which don't require user login), and a robust rules engine. Additionally, validations can be set up easily without any coding.

The workflow platform is impressively intuitive. It's astonishing how much can be achieved with its drag-and-drop interface. Furthermore, workflows can be tested within the development interface before being published. Nintex Workflows offers native connections to numerous platforms, including SharePoint and Salesforce. It also boasts a feature called "Xtension", enabling developers to connect to bespoke APIs and make those APIs accessible to end users through drag-and-drop functionality.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

The automation platform itself doesn't have the ability to store data, which means you depend on SharePoint, Salesforce or other applications for data storage.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex facilitates the mapping of processes across the organization, optimizing and automating them using low-code/no-code solutions. It empowers citizen developers to manage their processes, while professional developers benefit from accelerated development times.

  ### 36. Process Automation Product Owner

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2016

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Intuitive, clean interface, 100% SharePoint. The support is extremely good. The AI features are awesome!

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Nintex Form is good as a form builder but is not as powerfull as Microsoft power apps. In many scenarios it is important to keep part of the business logic in the form/app and Nintex Forms just does not handle it properly. Also, there is a great functionality gap between the form in NAC and Nintex Form for office 365. NAC lacks inline functions like there was on the on-prem versions. This makes the whole platform to be very activity-dependent, which is not good at all.

**Recommendations to others considering Nintex:**

Good product. I would wait to invest on Nintex Forms Enterprise as there is no much more benefit than the standard version. Nintex Workflows is superb!

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

General Process Buisness automation. We have 100+ business process automated with Nintex. The benefitis are trackability, auditing capability and Removal of paper work. The fact that the platform is very intuitive, we can promote to business users and not necessarily to citizen developers.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

A lot of marketing emails, it's difficult in some occasions to identify the courses.

  ### 39. Improve your workflows and initiatives with the Nintex Process Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian K. W. | Developer 1, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I appreciate Nintex scheduling capabilities, which allow us to create automated processes that can run on a regular basis. It's also helpful that we can delegate specific tasks and processes as needed when an employee is unexpectedly absent or out of the office. The guidance provided has helped us tremendously when additional support is needed. I'm also impressed with the dedication of the customer support team - they really go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I find that the Nintex Process Platform lacks user-friendly documentation, forcing me to search for answers online. I also wish there were additional features that would make it easier to use. Finally, the 250 document creation limit before incurring additional charges is an issue;

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user, I've been able to take advantage of the ease and accuracy that Nintex provides. My tasks are automated with reliable processes, so they happen without me having to remember or manually perform each step each time.

  ### 40. Efficient forms management and reliable process automation with the Nintex Process Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tushal D. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

When it comes to building processes, I love how easy and intuitive Nintex Process Platform is. With just a single upload of the Word document, we can quickly create SO templates that can be easily adapted or modified in the future without any coding knowledge - it's incredibly convenient! Not to mention their customer support team, who are quick to help with any issue, even if it's not directly related to their platform. It's the perfect system for our quotation process.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I dislike that Nintex's SQL controls often ignore the user's selection while in edit mode. Although this is an unfortunate bug, it is encouraging to know that Nintex is aware of it and intends to find a solution. Unfortunately, their capitalisation of one of their strongest selling points seems too quick given the problem at hand.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Nintex Process Platform, we're able to streamline our internal approval process and move away from paper documents. This eliminates the risk of lost or misplaced approvals and makes it easier for us to track project progress in real time.

  ### 41. Process Automation Made Easy

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Nintex is an all encompassing platform that allows you to map business processes and then has the capabilites to automate those processes using their automation cloud solution.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Entire platform can be a bit costly for smaller businesses.

  ### 42. Improving our ordering system with Nintex Process Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin V. | Manager, Implementation Services & Support - AR Enterprise Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

With its easy-to-use interface, clear instructions and integration with SharePoint, I love Nintex Process Platform. It's been extremely helpful in not only automating processes faster, but streamlining our business operations in general. In addition, there are sample workflows already available on this platform without the need to install any software programs or manually configure anything in Office 365, which is a huge relief for both users and IT departments by reducing the burden of governance and management responsibilities associated with such add-ons.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

I don't like that the Nintex Process Platform has a lot of grey areas that make it difficult to navigate. While workflow analysis and recording is streamlined, there needs to be a more integrated out-of-the-box solution where forms can be modified and tasks approved in a single step. In addition, the ability to email form attachments so that approvers can review them from their mobile device without logging in would greatly improve efficiency.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nintex Process Platform has saved us time and money by allowing us to quickly create custom website templates, set permissions, automate approval processes and track audit trails. We're now able to streamline our entire process with Nintex's easy-to-use interface, allowing us to focus on more value-added activities.

  ### 43. Nintex Automation Cloud puts ServiceNow to shame

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I work with a company that heavily uses ServiceNow. Our ServiceNow team is unwilling to create new request forms. Asking for adjustments to current forms gets put on a long waiting list. I can quickly mirror and make adjustments to current forms in NAC. We have also moved departments from using shared email boxes for all request types and provided a Nintex request form as a replacement. Departments are thrilled with these forms because now they have an easy way to improve request visibility, track KPIs, and provide coverage when employees are out. Word of mouth between different departments has us busy in NAC!

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

While there are a lot of useful training videos online, I've encountered several requests during a build where I couldn't locate help. I know Nintex is in the process of creating a lot more training content. I'm excited to see what they come out with.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility of approval process; organization of department request; increased KPI tracking; reporting; document generation; audit/compliance ease of pulling info on a requst.

Nintex has allowed us to take SharePoint to a higher level. We use an older version of SharePoint but integrating it with Nintex has enabled us to create many impressive applications on premise.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Help and documentation sometimes is out of date or inadequate. Creating video tutorial's will go a long way to help Nintex administrators learn quickly.

  ### 48. Skuid's direct data connection and powerful UI make it stand apart from other low-code options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Duane H. | Fractional CFO / Systems Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

Most low-code approaches use their own data source or sync with your current data source, leading to performance issues you can't control. Skuid's direct data source connection allows you to add custom indexes and optimize your queries while eliminating the lag of sync platforms. The UI toolset also stands apart, allowing a rich, custom UI with powerful data automations.

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

Skuid has been Salesforce-centric for over 10 years. While Salesforce can be amazing, it is not the right data source solution for everyone. Skuid's growth outside of Salesforce is crucial.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Skuid NLX can run on Postgresql, allowing my clients to have a powerful, custom, optimized database where they own their data, while utilizing an incredible low-code UI toolset. This combination has proven to be a small fraction of the price clients currently pay for Salesforce.

  ### 49. Documents are signed faster and more secure

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany M. | Broker/Owner, Insurance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Nintex?**

I like that our clients do not need to download any third party software to their phones. They also have an "add attachment" feature that is very valuable as we always need lots of documentation in the insurance industry

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

If I had to say something, I would say the dashboard design could be improved. It's very basic, which can be good for people with limited technological capabilities.

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving the turnaround time for signed contracts. Allowing clients to remotely and securely sign their documents and return them to us without having to print/sign/scan anything

**What do you dislike about Nintex?**

High level processes cannot be mapped/stored in this platform

**What problems is Nintex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a Promaster for AUT, although I work as BA and help various departments transform their processes using this simple tool. It is easy to share across the organisation. It is straightforward to use.
