It's great that we can map RACI responsibilities and applications with it. I also like the ability to make diverse configurations according to our own requirements. I think it's great that specific attributes can be defined for processes and activities, which is very helpful for our organization. Additionally, thanks to the documentation, standard things can be set up quickly and you can easily get started, which allows for a straightforward start. **What do you dislike about BIC Platform?** I find it annoying that pages often need to be reloaded because no content is displayed on the first attempt. For example, the favorites are missing on the MyBIC homepage. But according to my point of view some of the small businesses or startups may feel pricing is little high if they only need few features. Multiple people can edit or comment on the same diagram without messing the process diagram. The diagrams looks really professional. Every process in the diagram shows clearly who's responsible. If anything is not going as per requirement , we know from the system we exactly know who is responsible. In less than a month, we had a Basis for our process landscapes leading to a huge step forward into clear and structured processes. The Customer support and the trainings were extremly helpful. In BIC, I can favoritize my preferred content and create personalized dashboards, which is very useful for quickly accessing my processes or documents. Otherwise, as a process manager, I don't miss any feature in BIC. Whether it's integrated publication workflows, reporting, etc., BIC has it all. Modeling is also absolutely easy and fast.
