Having more options to design not only flow charts, but also a variety of other processes as well as standard charts. When create a new process or chart, sometimes you need to take a step back and see the big pictures before jumping in. BIC is a very powerful tool aiding companies to digitalize internal processes. Especially companies which are not certified and which do not have implemented classical structures for their processes, can easily start breating their own organisational structures by just bringing their internal knowlegde to "paper" from the scratch.
In less than a month, we had a Basis for our process landscapes leading to a huge step forward into clear and structured processes. The Customer support and the trainings were extremly helpful.
