GanttPRO has a really great skilled and professional based platform that has helped me perform various complex tasks such as manage various projects with spreadsheets and more. My team could easily integrate this platform with other project management tools and use it to the optimum level for achieving milestones together. The platform needs to focus on its web interface of color schemes, providing dark theme, have layout flexibility and provide a seamless platform with every details in a more organized manner rather than cumbersome manner. GanttPRO makes its easy for any user no matter their experience to create a gantt chart for their project. It is easy to create subsections within tasks that allow the user to clearly plan out their project shedule. The view can be easily altered between hours, days, weeks, months and years to allow the user to display whichever timeline is best suited to theur project. The colours for tasks can be altered to make it easy for the user to see at a glance the main tasks compared to its subsections. Once the project starts to fill out and more entries are added the screen can sometimes start to feel a bit crowded. However, in saying this I'm sure there would be a way to declutter my screen which I am not aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best features about this platform are:

1. The sign-up process was so smooth that I was bale to start along with all my team members within few seconds and get to work.

2. The ability to modify and tailor the software to the unique requirements of each project is truly praiseworthy.

The features I disliked about it are:

1. There could be addition of some more features which would put it in comparison with other platforms. These features are colour schemes and layout flexibility.

2. The dragging feature of the platform for various projects is really complicated as well as buggy to use at times. So the moving of a single task to convert it to a main one needs to be better.

What I like least about GanttPRO is the apparent lack of functionality to implement a RACI matrix. Perhaps this feature exists and I am not yet aware of it, but it is a suggestion to improve the tool. However, in general, I have no significant criticisms to make about GanttPRO. I have used it to develop the Gantt chart for my Master's thesis and I have found it very intuitive, useful and that not only has a good graphical form, but also allows to follow the tasks that have been proposed to see if the achievement of these is or is not adequate. I am delighted with it, I will definitely use it again.

I didn't find a way to implement a raci matrix within the software, maybe there is this function and I am still unaware of it, but if not, here's my suggestion. Other than that, it is a sensational tool on which I have nothing to criticize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used GanttPRO for a graduate school research paper. I needed a graph that reflected the phases and milestones section of my paper. I thought the graph was easy to use. I especially liked how I could add tasks, subtasks, milestones, etc. I was also able to add other users if I wanted too. I could adjust the chart to my liking by changing the colors of the different tasks, adjust dates, and times and an option to change the view of the graph. There is also a comment section, if I wanted to add additional comments related to my project. I was able to easily download the graph into my paper or share a link so that my instructor can view the graph. I plan on using it again. I have also told my classmates about it. One of the best features in my opinion is that it is really easy to use and very friendly to new users. It is so easy to implement your work into the tool.The best feature about GanttPro is that you can very easily integrate from any other PM tool such as MS Project. The graphical user interface is also really clean and minimalistic.
