Gainsight Customer Education is very intuitive and simple to use. The interface is clean and makes it easy to create and manage courses without too much complication. I really like the way you can personalize learning paths for different users, making it more adapted to each person. The analytics are also very helpful to understand how learners engage with the content. Some times, the platform is a bit slow, especially when saving or modifying content. It is not a big issue, but it can be annoying if you work on many courses at the same time. Also, I think there could be more integration with other tools, like more advanced options for community discussions inside the learning platform. I havent had the chance to use it yet, but I’d like to! From what I’ve seen, it looks well-structured and easy to navigate. I really appreciate platforms that make learning engaging and practical, so I’m hoping to find interactive content, real-world examples, and clear explanations that help me apply what I learn right away. Since I haven’t used it yet, I can’t say for sure, but I’d expect the content to be up-to-date and go beyond the basics. I’d love to see hands-on exercises, real case studies, and a clear way to track progress. If those things are missing, it might make learning feel less effective. Our customers are happier and better users of our software due to the training we have been able to provide via Gainsight Customer Education. The product is easy to use, and implementation was easy. We promote our University as part of our Gainsight Customer Community platform. However, the products do not truly integrate. We were going to implement a federated search product late last year but were told that is something you would be introducing 1st half of 2024. We have heard nothing since, but still need our community users to be able to search all information available in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After we completed the aquisition of Alliant Systems two years ago, we realized that there was a gap in customer training and we looked at a few options before speaking to the team at Pulse 2023. We moved forward and didn't look back, we integrated the CE platform to our Community platform and our customers have embrazed it and have taken thousands of courses in just seven months. The feedback I have received is that the platform is easy to use, so our customers use it often. The biggest upside of using Gainsight CE is that there is a wonderful team supporting us! Nergis Tepeli, our Customer Success Manager, has been extremely supportive and helpful as our team has begun using the platform. She is extremely thorough in her training, and is responsive when we have any questions or run into roadblocks. The platform is also very easy to learn and use. I have run into a few issues with speed - there are some workflows where I find myself waiting a few seconds for things to save, to be able to delete things, etc. It isn't anything that deters me from using the platform but it does add some time to my workflow.
