We chose Docebo as an LMS solution as it provided flexibility, ease of use, and the ability to create a visually branded and designed interface. Our team appreciates that there are meaningful enhancements to continually create a better admin and user experience, which is why we have added it to our long-term roadmap. I personally appreciate the admin support chat and email team. They are always helpful and responsive, and if they're not sure how to help, they get back to you with at least some kind of answer. This really helps to make us feel that they are researching and looking into the issues or questions and not brushing them off. I'm an admin of other learning tools and do not get as great virtual support as Docebo provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been an admin or power user of several different LMSs, and so far, there is not a perfect system. The couple's overall dislike of Docebo is the need to have an in-platform authoring tool that is robust, interactive, and has more options and tools. They just launched a version, but it is very basic. This would allow us to launch the platform globally, as other regions need in platform authoring. The other piece is that Docebo has a Salesforce-type technical approach, where they have premium partners that can assist with dev and API work. Their internal team is difficult to reach, and can take weeks and be very costly to support the platform. The premium partners are great although when direct technical support for deep and complicated needs, it's difficult to get easy support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Docebo is a very user freindly platform for both the end user and for the administrators managing the system which was very different to our previous LMS
- Modern look and feel of the platform makes it appealing on the eye compared to previous LMS.
- The wide range of support and resources on how to use the platform. There are so many user friendly guides on how to carry out certain tasks and the support chat and universtiy is great.
- Great support at Docebo from our CSM Aneet Brar who keeps us informed of any new product releases and also helps resolve any issues and queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Had a lot of connect issues when we first started and for the following months after but after the latest recipe update, these issues are very rare Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product ticks all the boxes for large and small organizations. It's easy to use, can be tweaked to meet a variety of needs, and the customer service chat folks are amazing.
I wouldn't say implementation was easy, but it was straightforward. Their onboarding plan gives you a roadmap for success, but you must have a dedicated team who understands LMS administration to put in the work. Their promises on the timeline are realistic. We successfully soft-launched 90 days after kickoff, spent another 90 days troubleshooting and working out kinks, and completed the formal launch at the 180-day mark. For context, we have 6000+ users across five organizations.
I enjoy the interactions with everyone we've come into contact with. The support chat is responsive and easy to use. The sales team was incredible, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and our customer support rep is approachable and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it covers all the essential functions an LMS needs, some of its modules are limited or underdeveloped, and I find they don't often think about how the different components interact with each other or in real-world use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is a wonderfull tool to organize and communicate to our learners. It has great number of useful features. The customer support is also great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use Docebo with 3 Extended Enterprise. The support at implementation to the team on one of the EE went very well, the other team was left in the dark and had to find out a lot of stuff on their own. On how to work with EE there is not some much documented. A real pitty is that at some level you can't treat them als actual 3 different entities. e.g. you can't make a distinction between a user registering to an EE, to an super admin you'll have 2xcheck to which entity the user belongs. Also some inconstancies bother me on managing, groups, catalogs, courses, ... same idea but the way presented completely different and confusing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Docebo is an all around decent Learning Management System that has been getting continually developed into a platform that supports more and more learning needs at our organization. Learning Systems feel like they can fall into categories with how they are developed...and for the enterprise? There are very few that fall into a similar category as Docebo. We see and can feel the continued investments into the base platform on an ongoing basis.
The system has a rich eco-system of add-ons. If I had to describe it in one word - and you are looking for a system to grow with your initiatve? Docebo is seriously extensible!
Customer support is responsive, my CSM and Account Mgr relationships are strong and we are always learning about newer features coming along with the team.
Docebo's Community, University, monthly training events, and yearly conference support the opportunity to learn from others as well as the product about how to bend the system to our brand and will making it a welcomed tool in our eco-system of Saas. This goes far and way beyond and Help documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot lie - all learning systems can grow and improve in spaces. Being able to manage a system that fits most of your organization's needs is on the shoulder of the implementer and those that steer the implementer to take on. Its my opinion that it is still growing with skills and certifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have used Docebo for over 2 years now and it has been an extremly positive and productive partnership which has seen our team revolutionise the way that we measure training impact and even win some awards!
Docebo provide excellent and fast support and have taken the time to understand our business to ensure they can offer us comprehensive guidance and meet our objectives and goals. There is also a Docebo community where other system administrators share ideas and solutions.
The system itself is easy to use, customisable and user friendly.
User management is simple and intuitive and was easily moulded to fit our company structure and network.
Docebo are always improving the system and use customer feedback and an ideas portal to deliver useful and exciting updates. A roadmap of upcoming features and changes is provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features frequently requested by the user community are launceh as paid add-ons but this is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use from both an administrator or a user account. I'm able to delegate responsibilities to power users to empower them to view their team, run reports, or even enroll users in specific courses. We're able to integrate graphics and our own branding into the LMS fairly easily. When we have questions or need help figuring out how to do something, they have a great knowledge base to read through, plus a chat system for help, and even our customer account representative can call us and walk us through something. It's tough to find things we don't necessarily like about the platform. Initially it was a little difficult to set up permissions for certain levels of users like managers or associates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the upsides of using Docebo is the overall customizability of the platform. It is nice to be able to grant different access to different users and tailor the platform to meet a variety of needs. I also really like the quick responses from our CSM and AM. Some of the things I like least about Docebo is the lack of consistency across the platform. For example, some areas have the option to sort and filter columns or have a search field while others do not. Not having these options across the platform can lead to frustration and endless scrolling - especially when there is a lot of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Docebo is its exceptional user-friendliness, both for the end user and the administrator. The platform is packed with features that offer great flexibility, allowing it to be tailored not only to the needs of the organization but also to specific projects you want to execute using it. This versatility makes it an extremely effective tool for managing learning and development within any organization.Additionally, the system appears to be genuinely focused on continuous improvement, with constant releases of new features or updates to existing ones, aligned with trends in the learning and development space. There is also a strong community of users who are active and seem to be heard by the system’s developers, which adds further value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don’t like is that large-scale usability, for example, in highly structured international companies with many stakeholders, requires careful planning. However, this planning may need to be revised due to updates and new features that the system releases without the possibility of blocking them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Docebo stood out for me and I love it still after two years for its intuitive reporting features, making it easy for users (including provisioned client admins) to pull custom reports without hassle. As an admin, I've found the platform incredibly quick to learn, which is an advantage when training others. Additionally, the course creation process is smooth and efficient, saving time and reducing complications. Lastly, Docebo is constantly releasing intuitive and exciting new features. One drawback of Docebo is the lack of an advanced content authoring tool, especially for HTML pages. Unlike some other LMS platforms, it doesn't have an in-product capability to create dynamic HTML pages or designs in courses similar to Canva. Adding this would elevate the platform's value significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
