What do you like best about FrontSpin?

I really liked how simple FrontSpin is to use and get started. You are able to set-up PlayBooks and dial away. Not only that, you do not need to import phone numbers into the system, you can just enter in whichever number you want it to show whether that's your cell, work number or company phone, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

It is a little hard to skip around since once you get started on a playbook, it forces you to dial straight through and you don't have the ability to have it pop up and correspond to the SFDC contact like you would in Outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Problems FrontSpin were supposed to address where for sales prospecting, sequencing, and tracking. The benefits on creating your custom playbooks and ease of dialing is superb, I've noticed our entire sales organizations' metrics much higher than at other companies that I've worked for that didn't have FrontSpin. What do you like best about FrontSpin?

A lot of sales reps are focused on research when the majority of info can be found out through conversation. This program encourages you to be a better sales person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the system required you to send out test emails before auto emails go live. Ive made mistakes and often I dont find out until a customer tells me about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

Beyond the features and functionality of the product, the support team has been one of the best I've ever worked with. Onboarding and training were very in-depth and questions/issues were resolved extremely quickly.

The platform is set up well for both the traditional SDR model as well as an outsourced agency. You can create multi-channel pursuit campaigns including calls, emails, and other steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FrontSpin?

If you don't have someone that know's SalesForce well, the list building and reporting on the background could be a bit tricky but the support team is always willing to walk you through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FrontSpin?

I like that I'm able to create tasks, complete tasks, and connect everything outside of salesforce. I like the playbooks where I can create call lists and when emails go out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I get anyone other than Robert, my questions are typically met with a quick (possibly a/i) answer referring to a video or website that can answer the question. I usually have to reply to that before I ever get to talking with a human. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dispositions require additional step of saving which causes failed dispositions. Disposition options are very limited. Voicemail wait for beep. Reporting of data isn't very strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
