Forma Pros and Cons

I absolutely love Forma! It’s a flexible wellness benefits platform that supports a variety of health & lifestyle needs. One of its best features is the Forma Store, which offers access to vendors & products like fitness equipment, gym memberships, workout classes, & general well-being services like massages.

My favorite part is the Forma debit card, which reloads monthly. I use it to purchase items or services outside the Forma Store, & it’s so convenient. If a store doesn’t accept the Forma card, submitting a reimbursement through the platform is also super quick & easy. While Forma is incredibly convenient, the reimbursement processing times can occassionally be slower than I’d like. Additionally, I wish the vendor selection in the Forma Store was even broader to include more options in certain wellness categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Forma is pretty self-explnatory, simple, and quick. I can enter my reimbursement request in just a few minutes and usually receive a customer support response faily quickly as well. The whole process is simple and streamlined. Depending on the costs of the items for which I get reimbursement, I sometimes use Forma only once a year but sometimes it can be much higher. I always forget if I need to enter just the amount for the specific item or the total for the entire purhcse. I can look it up on the site pretty easily but it would be nice if there was a reminder note somewhere on the reimbursement request page or even a dialog box if you hover over. I appreciate the re-imbursement option for items I want that are not in the catalog. The re-imbursement process is a breeze and happens in a timely manner by the Forma team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish we had the option to use an account through Forma to pay for items so that we don't have to pay out of pocket. I also wish there were more items such as athletic gear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Forma is the flexibility and ease of selecting the benefits that suits my lifestyle best.
