The ease of access, the intuitive UI with detailed section for each benefits type help a lot to manage your company benefits easily and effectively. Here are the things I love about Forma:
- There is so much variety, from pet insurance to internet bill, they even have parking tickets.
- You can get the money back you spend on work supplies, like cables, monitors, & accessories like keyboard, mouse, headphones, etc.
- Its super user friendly, all you have to do is select the date you purchase the item or items, the provider & then upload a picture of your receipts.
- Frequency of use - My company allows its employees $350 each quarter & I personality use it on all my quarters.
- As well as the website there is a Forma app that you have upload on your phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Do be honest I do not have any dislike & hopefully I never do. I could say it would be nice if every year Forma added new eligible categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Forma for almost two years now and I have never run into any issues. The interface is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate and create surveys. The platform is also highly reliable and stable, with no major bugs or issues reported. Additionally, the customer support team is always available and quick to respond to my queries. While I do wish there were more customization options and integrations available, the platform's core features are robust and effective. Overall, I am satisfied.
