The best thing about using Forma is smooth and hassle-free claim process. The backend team responsible for validating the reimbrusment is quick and provides support whenever a particular clain is rejectionwith proper reasons. I really wanted a place to submit a review about Forma, and this opportunity presented itself. I never faced any difficulty when submitting a claim, the team always approve my claims and the tool is straightforward and easy to use. One example about their support that's worth mentioning, I contacted the support agent where it was truly the best experience I have ever had, he was kind, attentive, we were discussing a claim where I don't have a stamped receipt from the vendor, he expained the process to me, and suggested to get a new football shoes to play with the next time, I have never had an experience where the chat agent paid attention and was actually listening. The "Lifestyle" account offered as a benefit by my company is a great perk. It certainly gives me a greater incentive to take care of my health and enroll in activities neccessary for my mental health like dance classes which are not offered directly by my company's wellness center. I love that I can also use it to reimburse a multitude of expenses such as running shoes, sports and fitness equipment etc. The process to apply for reimbursement is also easy and quick. What I looked best about Forma is that it is very helpful. There are a lot of times people are in a rough spot and could really use the money back from paying their bills, with Forma, they are able to do that. I know it's not a whole lot of money, but anything helps when you're in a pinch. I know I really appreciate it! It's very easy to navigate the in line page too. Their customer support is so fast at replying and resolving issues when I have them. I don't have issues with it hardly ever - and when I do, they fix them in one reply. I love using my Format Benefits for new gym clothes/shoes and even office things. I use it at least twice a month, one for my gym membership and one for an item related to fitness. Having a physical card and virtual card that allows me to purchase items on the spot vs. requesting a reimbursement without knowing it will be approved or not is game changing. If the item isn't approved I'll often forgoe purchasing it, which relieves back and forth headaches.

A more detailed list of items that are able to be approved or not approved would be helpful, while we do have lots that are covered, some items I would expect to be included sometimes don't get approved.
