The user experience of the product is pretty good. Our company has gone through several expense platforms, and Forma is the easiest / most streamlined to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The claims review process and support around it is lacking. For example, our company requires claims to be submitted monthly. I submitted a claim a week before the end of the month. It was rejected at the beginning of the next month, which pushed me outside the eligible timeframe to rectify the issue. It seems like claims need to be reviewed much faster in order to provide enough time to address any issues.
Also, if you need to contact customer support, expect to wait a few days. Every time they will "apologize for the delay due to a large volume of requests lately." Sounds like customer support is understaffed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
