The speed of which claims are handled and responded to. It has been a breeze using the website when submitting my applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Forma?

It offers options such as a credit card, an option to use funds directly through it, as well as the option for reimbursements for the different stipends available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

Initially, getting approvals for reimbursement requests were denied too quickly and easily, making it difficult for employees to receive their approvals. However, we were able to sort it out, and now it's a smooth process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Forma solving and how is that benefiting you?

Forma is our tool for employee stipends to get used or reimbursed, such as a gym stipend or a wellness stipend. We no longer need to have employees submit an expense report and have that approved by managers and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
