What do you like best about Forma?

The exercise equipment I have ordered really helped with my workout routine. I see results. I've purchased other equipment and haven't felt the same or seen the same results. I'm very grateful we are given points to use towards FORMA. I'm hoping to rack up the points to try NOOM. A plus, I haven't had to wait long for shipment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can use my card or submit an online claim Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Forma?

One of my pharmacy descriptions was denied because I did not have the actual prescription because it was a refill. It took several weeks, but Forma did eventually approve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
